Quick one night stay with my family. The staff was very hospitable and helpful. We loved the atmosphere, decor, and the location! Be aware that it is tricky pulling a car up to the entrance of the hotel as it is located on a tight street that doubles as a sidewalk. We had to honk at pedestrians to move off the street in order to pull up to the entrance - it was an interesting and funny experience. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Not listed (but a plus) is that the TVs in the rooms are smart TVs, so we were able to log into our Disney+ account which was a huge win because we had our children with us. AC didn’t work great and the rooms could use some updating but overall we had a nice stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to families who want to stay in Guadalajara and be at walking distance to most of the attractions that Guadalajara has to offer. The hotel staff was very awesome and courteous specially Victor. Victor even arranged our taxi at 2 am since we had a very early flight and made sure we arrived safe and sound at the airport. Highly recommended. Get the family suite if you are a family !
