Very modern Marriott in Tijuana slept like a baby love the bed so much front desk was very friendly. I was so happy I was able to check in early. Breakfast was delicious. The man working at the breakfast buffet was making sure the breakfast buffet was full and provided us with napkins and asked us if we needed anything. He was very kind. The lady at the front desk was also very nice.

Great experience! Desk staff was very friendly, check in was very quick ! Our room was clean and welcoming. Location is very convenient if attending family gatherings in close by party halls.

We arrived around 4:45pm to check in and were informed our room was not ready, even though our check in time was 3pm. We paid a good amount to stay here with our 10 year old and our 1 year old and did not appreciate having to wait an extra 30 minutes to check in when we were already 2 hours after check in time. The receptionist did not give us a credit of any kind either. The stay was ok, kids running around at 9pm screaming the hallways. But the employees were all very kind and helpful and the breakfast was decent.
