Overall I’d give it 4 stars. The staff was amazing. Bell boys and the little shopping center inside the resort were awesome. Some of the downs were some of the cleaning ladies were really rude when I tried to be friendly and say good morning. We had a junior suite and the water pressure was not that great. It would turn hot and cold when it wanted to. Found a few live bugs. Spider, gnats and looked like a small beetle looking insect. Overall okay resort.

Great service! We received an upgrade and that made all the difference! Safe location and awesome staff. Walkable to town and marina. Great for families with lots of fun poolside activities.

I was “upgraded” in a tower that took 10 extra minutes to get to. With a toddler this was inconvenient when the pools were on the other side of the property. It was noisy and not explained at check in. When discussing later they stated the rooms were “basically” the same and moved us the next day. It was completely different view and quieter, more convenient. Most staff were unhelpful. Area around property was out of the way but hard to get around without a car. Activities were fun but hard to know what was happening as no one shared or communicated. I will not stay here again.

They really appreciate their customers. Every staff person I saw asked me how my stay was, if I liked staying there. We did not do all inclusive, wanted to explore restaurants in town. Our unit had a full kitchen so making something simple was an option. Had an excellent brunch over on Medano beach and spent a day there. Much more people and action there. Playa Grand beach is much less crowded and not swimmable. We didn’t venture into the ocean at all, even at Medano beach. Went with my daughter and her boyfriend (26 years old) and son (20). Son liked the busier beach and all the spring breakers, daughter liked exploring and being by the pool. There are games like corn hole, ladder golf, and ping pong. We did sunset cruise with Cabo Blue, definitely a party barge, also got ATV tour out of town for two hours. There are hiking trail options if you prefer hiking instead of ATVs. ATVs were a full two hours and they are building zip line towers for next year. We had five days so spent two days on property. Pool has high level of activity for all ages. Hotel has a pool area for adults only but we sat in family area and it was a mix of adults and kids. One pool was colder than other two which suited me fine. Beach chairs are reserved in the mornings by people, we made sure to get a spot if we wanted to be by the pool. Only saw a couple times, peak time of day, when people were wanting chairs and there were no chairs available.

We booked the property last minute after other accommodations fell through. They were very helpful and accomodated an early check-in which allowed us to spend the day using the facilities. The resort had a good family vibe which was great for us.
Food on the resort was pricy for quality. Next time we would bring more food to help cut costs. (A grocery store is very close by).
We were happy with the location and quick walk to the marina area and the chaos.

Nice pools and a chill environment for kids with very kind staff. We were very frustrated to learn that we would not be able to stay in our room for the duration of our stay and would be required to switch rooms halfway through our stay (this was also true for our friends who checked in at the same time). This is such a pain, especially since we were traveling with our two small children. Parents will understand how quickly kids spread out their things so we had to deal with fully packing up twice during our stay. We got very little compensation for this inconvenience ($80 coupon to use on food) and felt that our first room had not been properly prepared for us (missing some room info and room service menus). Our second room’s soaking tub also had a small crack and the shower door seemed broken so was very hard to open and close. Was also bummed the mini golf was not an included amenity for all guests and was kind of expensive ($20 per person).
We had a great Cabo vacation overall and as I said the staff were extremely kind,
but based on our experience, we would not stay here again.
