Amazing family owned & run little place. I am a marriott member & fan & never thought this would be that good. Nancy, Alex, Lucas & Mario (family owners) were lovely, very helpful, pleasant and professional. Only draw back in this very central location is the lack of elevator, although my friend and I used the opportunity for exercise. All in all we thought it was Excellent ***** Would definitely go back.

Family owned and operated hotel VERY convenient to port and main areas of town. I walked to everything from my dive boat to Walmart. Very reasonable market one block away. Many reasonable restaurants. I ate 1 block away and got 1/2 Kilogram (one pound) of lobster and shrimp plus sides and chips and salsa for $25. And the best restaurant in town is part of the hotel--again family run and owned.

4 nights in this great family boutique hotel - fantastic value and location, especially for marina access! Very chill and on a quiet side street that’s close enough to walk to nightlife if you want it but far enough away for noise.

This is a lovely little hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are unique in that they are hotel room size but in apartment style. We like to stay at family or locally owned hotels and this one did not disappoint. The owner is welcoming, friendly and helpful. The staff are friendly and efficient. The service was excellent. The hotel is very clean. Although the hotel is close to many restaurants and bars we found the bedrooms to be quiet. There is a very busy Italian restaurant next store but the noise was tolerable and did not occur late in the evening. The bed was comfortable and we slept great. Good warm shower with decent water pressure. There are many restaurants, stores, beaches and the Marina within close walking distance. It was nice to have a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker to make a quick, simple snacks. The wifi was decent and we were able to do video calls without issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, it was a perfect place for a few days in Cabo.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Siesta Suites. First time we stayed here was a last minute booking in January of 2022. I was bit skeptical at first, because let's be honest, the property is a bit outdated, but believe me when I tell you, don't judge a book by it's cover or price. It's definitely a hidden gem. We loved this place so much that my fiancé and I brought our family( parents, siblings and cousins ) in October and immediately we started planning our next family trip (June). Siestas suites is super clean, staff is friendly, and their location is literally in the middle of everything.

Loved this place. Great location down town in walking distance to everything. Across the street is great outdoors family owned restaurant. Everything from tacos to steak and seafood. Staff was amazing, plus to have kitchen and bedroom in every room. Nice lounging area on every floor with chairs and lunge chairs and a table or two. Excellent Italian restaurant down stairs inside hotel entrance. Will stay again next visit. Nice public beach 15 minute walk through the marina. marina 5 minute walk. Lots of shopping and resturants right out the door.

comfortable room with very firm mattress - no box springs. opens to small patio with very small pool. bar and small restaurant. Situated downtown close to shops/restaurant, close to marina, 1/2 to one mile walk or taxi to beach. Very small pool. Can be noisy in evening at bar until about 9 PM but AC drowns this out. Very small TV with cable. Small kitchen with refrigerator. Very clean. Compared to resorts with big price tag a good value. Probably would not recommend for families with children but great for the budget minded traveller.
