Imperial Hotel

First time stay. Pool was quite and can see trains from there. My junior suite room could see trains. The other side probably garden view. Food was kind of typical 5 star restaurants. Nice and high average. Unfortunately not top class.

We loved having a park across the street and walking to the imperial palace grounds. The buffet breakfast is great and a real treat. The pool is disappointing as it was an additional charge and was not at all family friendly ( small yet filled with lap swimmers). The rooms are good but do feel dated and need a few updates to them. Overall they have great service and we enjoyed our stay!

Our family had a great time staying at Imperial Hotel. We were greeted by excellent staff members who were all very kind and helpful with everything to make us feel comfortable. It's in a perfect location to be around!

The service was top notch. The location couldn’t have been better across from Hibiya park and near the Ginza. Our family love our 5 days at the Imperial Hotel and would visit again next chance we get to come to Japan.

Wonderful hotel, amazing service, great location, lovely room. The first room offered overlooked a building site with JCN, crane diggers etc and the decor was tired. We said we were unhappy with the room and we were immediately upgraded to a beautiful room. However breakfast was a struggle. We wanted the breakfast buffet but last orders were 9 am. Too early to get the family ready as we were tired from travelling, we could have room service and use another restaurant until later but the menu was very strictly limited, inflexible and sparse. This was disappointing as we had paid £36 each for breakfast ahead for 4 people and due to the various issues mentioned missed several breakfasts between us.

Although the facilities were not the hip or contemporary, I had such a comfortable stay! The staffs were enormously helpful and friendly! Traveling with a 2 year child was tough, but the hotel provided all I needed!

The hotel is located in Ginza with lots of shops and restaurants around. However, it is right next to the subway/metro with trains coming by every few minutes, which makes it hard to go to sleep. We stayed at 28th floor, but I still bothered by the train noises. Room services are not provided everyday, only three days per week. It took long time to check in due to the crowds waiting at the front desk. Overall, it is not worth the money we spent. I will not stay here again. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I booked for us 4 for breakfast included but when I arrived they charged us for 2 kids.
