Property is beautiful and staff customer care skills are impeccable i will be back my family and I enjoyed every minute of our stay 10/10 for sure

The only nice and convenient part about this hotel is that it was close to the airport.
Expedia stated that free shuttle was included to and from the airport and when we arrived the number that expedia gave us NEVER worked they never answered and we had to pay for taxi to take us. Upon arriving at the hotel we were told that was the wrong # and a day later we were told that the shuttle was not working , so we had to also pay for shuttle when leaving.
Also the tour company that was there, was very rude , gave us wrong pricing for an excursion and on the morning of the tour we were told a higher price and had to pay it due to short notice and not having any other choice . The second day we arranged transportation to a beach ourselves and the tour lady came up to us and told us we had to register with them . As to push their services on us . We did not book this hotel to be made to pay for every tour or excursion through them.
The pool was also very cloudy not clean
Hotel staff was friendly aside from the tour ladies that they have intrusted to take care of their guest .
Our shuttle driver that we paid for was also very nice .
Over my kids will be traveling to Jamaica as well and we will not be recommending this hotel nor will we ever stay there agaon

The place where the property is located has a beautiful view of the ocean and where the planes land on one side. The staff was overall friendly and they were constantly cleaning. They have a number of security guards there. Safety was top notch! A big shout out to the security lady at the front gate...very knowledgeable and hospitable. Another shout out to the resturant supervisor...Janet. ..she was friendly and down to earth. Another shout out to the shuttle driver and bell man on our first day; who had wonderful personalities and went above and beyond. Just too many staff members to name.
What we didn't like is as follows: On the other side of the resturant outside was too loud; the constant blowing of vehicles and sirens. The second floor by the resturant should have a bathroom. If you have guest come to visit you, you are not allowed to bring them to your room. You are either stuck where you go and check in or you have to stay in the resturant or outside of it where there is noise. At times it was so chilly to stay out. As in our case, family members spent the entire day with us. It's okay for our family members to buy drinks and food but nothing else. There was no privacy. I believe that it's not right. Ultimately we who are paying are responsible for our guest if they visit us in our room where we can be comfortable and relax. Because of this policy, we will not be staying at this hotel again eventhough the staff was great overall.

The dining staff were very pleasant and showed wonderful hospitality. It was the best experience of our stay there. However, the front desk staff were not accommodating at all. After arriving, I was asked to pay for an additional room due to have one extra person outside of their “standard occupancy” the room they gave us us had ants on the walls, floor, etc. when I mentioned this to them, they had the cleaning staff check, acknowledge and then just apologized for the inconvenience. Never offered some type of refund or anything. False advertising of “all inclusive” only breakfast is included. And the transfer was not available to us, although our flight arrived on a Thursday in the AM. They clearly had a sign posted that it was available Monday through Friday 8-5 with different times which basically aligned with our arrival time. Not sure why they couldn’t pick us up! Instead of trying to enforce their hotel rule they should have held themselves accountable for our displeasure of the room with the ants. My children were very uncomfortable.

Came to visit family in the mobay area. This hotel was amazing. Yes the hotel is a bit outdated however so many things made up for that. Customer service was top notch. Food was over the top!! Especially the free breakfast! We ate breakfast while viewing the sea. Such a beautiful experience. It was so good I couldn’t believe it was free. I like how clean the hotel was the entire time. Literally.. I also love how the atmosphere is not only for tourist. Most hotels are created to host people from other countries, but this hotel embraces its JAMAICAN CULTURE. From the food to the music — that was my favorite part. Would definitely book here again. Janet was awesome. And so were the young ladies serving the food.

This is perhaps the best value accomodation I have ever stayed at. The staff are warm and friendly and go the extra mile. It was fresh and clean and the food was excellent. I'm planning on going back and will be recommending it to friends, family and colleagues.

From the security, the bell hop, the front desk attendant, and the concierge, the effort was noticeable. Very pleasant and accommodating to our requests. Traveling with two babies under two felt easy during our stay here.
