Coco La Palm is a very special Boutique Hotel that feels like home whenever I'm away from the United States Coco La Palm will always hold a very special place in my heart and I always look forward to my visits which I come at least once every four months the staff the food the people and the breathtaking scenery always makes me feel special and loved the beautifully maintain grounds which is like being in the middle of a tropical garden with multiple different types of plants is always enjoyable to walk through along with two pools and a relaxing hot tub and one of the and one of the things I love about Coco La Palm unlike other hotels the pool is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week along with the hot tub they don't have all these silly restrictions they also have really good security in the front and out in the Beach area and they have lifeguards too moreover they have Joan who is a very well experienced professional massage therapist who will give you the best deep tissue massage right on the beach in a massage parlor with the breeze of the ocean gently blowing over your body letting you know that you can relax because you're at home with your Coco La Palm family I just returned back to the United States this week however I'm already missing my second home Negril Jamaica and my Coco la Palm... see you soon❤

I love this place! The location cannot be beat - right in the middle of 7 mile beach, with numerous restaurants closeby. After having stayed at standard and superior rooms before we went for a Junior Suite this time and it was perfect for our small family of 3 - spacious, 2 comfy queen beds, with a big balcony overlooking the pool and just a few feet from the restaurant, beachbar and the ocean. As usual the staff took great care of us - they always go out of their way to make the guests feel special while staying super professional. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of and the beach is amazing! We will keep coming back for more!

This was our second stay at CocoLaPalm. We originally stayed as a couple in April, 2023 and had a wonderful vacation. The property is well managed and clean. Staff are absolutely incredible. When my husband asked about having a special dessert (Toto!) prepared for my birthday, they arranged to make it happen on site. We return for our second stay this year in March, 2024, bringing our 7 and 5 year old children along. We were a little apprehensive about doing so as we did not want to ruin the chill vibe for others on the beach but the kids were welcomed with open arms and they loved CocoLaPalm. Prior to our most recent visit, my daughter had a serious medical concern which required some accommodation to our room assignment. I reached out to the reception who were responsive and professional in managing the request. Upon arrival, everything had been arranged to ensure that her medical needs were respected. We absolutely love this gem of a place. It is much more than a hotel, it is a place to make memories and the people are simply outstanding. Many thanks to everyone who made our vacation outstanding! This is a very comfortable small resort on a superb beach. Clean, warm sea, additional pools/hot tub -- all well maintained by excellent staff. Excellent meals available here, and others within easy walking distance for a change if desired. Very friendly atmosphere with a family vibe.

Went to Negril for my Husbands 40th birthday and stayed here. All the staff made us feel welcome and were so friendly. They were very accommodating and arranged transportation for us to and from the airport and also when we wanted to travel to Ricks to see the cliffs. Our junior sweet room was lovely and clean. Wonderful memories!

We had a great staycation at Coco La Palm. Special shout-out to Naresh who was so great at check-in AND check-out! The staff are accommodating and friendly. Food options are good at the restaurant and continental breakfast is included or you can upgrade to any other breakfast option and get a USD$5 discount. The meals would be USD$10 or less with the discount so it’s def worth it with the discount. There are also lots of small roadside restaurants nearby (Sweet Pot is a fave and literally 1 minute away). The junior suite is exactly how the pictures look and so spacious - especially for a family. We will definitely be coming back soon!

The hotel was very clean and the staff are very friendly and caring. The water in the pool could’ve been cleaner but other than this little flaw, it was a 9/10 experience. Great place for family and friends!

Staff is excellent and exceptional. Great workers all-around.Romane and Jayda-Lee and another lady who work the dining area are top notch. Bathrooms could use a slight update, handles on shower can be challenging to operate. Also, wifi needs updating so it reaches all rooms individually. Wifi on grounds is strong, but in rooms, challenged. Overall, though, the value for your stay is unbeatable. Right by the beach, great food, music, and location. Security and lifeguards are helpful as well. Very safe place to bring an entire family.

This was our fifth or sixth visit to Coco. We love it there!!! This time, we were upgraded to an upstairs, junior suite and it was awesome! We’ve stayed oceanfront several times but we really enjoyed the junior suite and will go back to that next time. As always everything was awesome! Always have plenty of fresh clean, nice smelling towels, and the refrigerator in the room is quite helpful so that we can buy Cran Wata by the case and keep it cold. The staff is very helpful and incredibly nice. We arrived around noon and they let us have our room early. Again, another win! We just love this place for all of the above plus location. We utilize the restaurant frequently for breakfast, but we try to go to other places for dinner. The dinner menu at Coco is wonderful, but it is a bit pricey. If you can, please go there for dinner at least once, and order some thing. Even though the prices are a little bit high, the food is magnificent My only feedback this trip is the shade over the toilet in the bathroom was broken and did not cover the window in it’s entirety. If you stood downstairs and looked up, you would be able to see somebody coming out of the shower and setting in the bathroom to dry themselves. The actual blue hanging slots were missing so it is likely the whole shade had to be replaced. We will be back in 2024!

The time spent was great recomend to my other family members, thinking about coming back soon.
