Right off the Arno, but off the Main Street of shopping. Nice breakfast and bar (evening) option. Room were clean. A bit small. Would stay here again but perhaps in a suite to better accommodate the space for a small a family.

Fantastic service, spacious and luxurious room with comfortable bed, beautiful furniture, walk-in closet, nice sofa bed for a child-- great location near the Arno River but also felt serene. Another great bonus was the beautiful breakfast set-up each morning. My favorite Firenze hotel so far for the price.

The hotel staff were so friendly. I emailed them before we arrived for a baby cot and kettle and they assured me everything was ready for when we arrive. When we got there they made sure we were happy with the room and helped us with our luggages. They gave us a little bag full of snacks for our baby when we went out which was so nice of them. The location was also so central and was walking distance to all the tourist attractions.
