I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Florence. The entire staff was incredible! They were welcoming and friendly every time we entered or left the property. They were also very helpful with dinner recommendations and travel plans. After a 4 day stay we were like family. It’s a small, intimate boutique hotel, centrally located. By far, one of my favorite hotel stays EVER!

Spent a week at this hotel with my wife and two children (5 and 7).
The staff could not have been more helpful, getting in touch before we arrived to arrange trips for us. Everyone of them went out of their way to make sure everything was 100% and they all made a real fuss of our children, which they really enjoyed.
The room (a suite) was very spacious, clean and well equipped with a small kitchen, safe, comfortable bed, a/c and a separate shower in the bathroom.
Our trip couldn't have gone any better.

My family of four loved this hotel from the start. Just around the corner from Piazz Signorelli, 5 minutes walk to the Duomo or the Ponte Vecchio. Perfect stay in Florence.

Location is outstanding. A stones throw away from Duomo, Ufizzi and walking distance to so many other attractions, staff are really helpful. Rooms are outstanding, We were in a junior suite which was incredibly spacious with its own kitchen. We highly recommend this hotel and would not stay anywhere else in Florence.

Very much like your own apartment in the most beautiful city in the World. The Staff was really great especially Elena. The breakfast could be better, but really a great experience staying there for 5 days with my wife and 2 kids.

San Firenze did not disappoint staff were friendly bfast was exceptional and our
2-bedroom suite was spacious and beautiful! Our window overlooks the Piazza in the front of the hotel and its was exciting the noise didnt bother us because once you close your windows it was quiet in the room. The location is is the middle of everything. Walking distance to most sights. I travelled with my husband and 3 children. We will be back at San Firenze. It was beuatiful.

Very nice boutique hotel that is well suited for family travelers. We had two adjoining rooms. One with a kitchenette, which was convenient.
We had to leave earlier than breakfast and they were very good in leaving an ample takeaway meal in our room the night before. Very good in arranging transportation early in the morning.
Go to Vivoli's for Gelato. Best in town - a few blocks away.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to a friend or family member because of the great location, room and staff. If you are traveling in the summer months make sure to ask about the AC. They do have it but all windows in your room need to be closed before it will turn on. We found that out as we were checking out so we didn't sleep well bc we were hot and it was a little noisy in the square with the windows open until about 12:30am.

Our family arrived for a 2-night stay and were greeted by very kind staff. We had a wonderful view of the duomo from our room and could easily walk to every place we wanted to see (also only 15-20 min to the train station and 40 min to Artemio Franchi Stadium). The room was large and very comfortable for our group of 4. Breakfast was good with a buffet available every morning. The staff surprised our elementary school-aged kids with a special treat for Easter and they also thoughtfully packed breakfast to go after we casually mentioned we would be checking out at 6am.
