This is not a 4 star hotel at all. Very small room size and basics missing from the room. No mini fridge was shocking so we wouldn't keep cold water or keep baby milk cold. Cheap decor in the room. Cheap hard mattress. Window opened and outside could just see a wall and nothing else. Overpriced for this standard of Hotel even in Paris.

It not the Ritz but it doesn’t cost what the Ritz costs either! For its category, a family vacation hotel where value is measured in satisfaction not how much it cost, this is a superb choice. Clean, attractive, pleasant, a very accommodating and friendly staff, it is a real value for the price. The area is not the most exciting in Paris, but if you are leaving or arriving by train into Gare d'Nord or Este, this hotel is extremely convenient. With Parisienne traffic what it is, the taxi to any major area can be pricey. You should consider the Underground or Uber and Lyft. BTW, our room was upgraded to a suite because we booked through Hotels.com!

An absolutely amazing hotel. Rooms were a good size, very clean and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We stayed with two young children and they loved the hotel. Buffet was great and overall a real gem of a hotel that we will definitely stay at again.

We arrived at Gare du Nord quite late at night and it was drizzling so it took us quite a while to find the hotel (about 20 mins). However, we managed to find the lane where the hotel is and we actually walked past the hotel without knowing. Luckily, the receptionist spotted us looking around curiously and actually came out to ask if we were looking for Hotel Mademoiselle! We were welcomed warmly and told about the spa facilities. We booked a triple sharing room and the room was quite comfortable for the 3 of us, not very big rooms but sufficient. We loved the little prince themed decor in the lobby and also the furnishing in the rooms that are elegant and modern. Highly recommended for couples and friends but not so much for families, overall it was a lovely little hotel to stay in if you are willing to shell out a little more (it's a little expensive).

Our stay was for three nights. As we needed a room for three adults we booked a Junior Suite. Unfortunately on arrival we were allocated a double room with no space - we questioned this immediately but were told there were no junior suites available. The manager even tried to pass our room off as a Junior Suite even though the room was very clearly advertised as a double and not the room we had been led to believe we had booked. The manager explained he would look to see if we could change rooms the following day but we did not hear anything further. Overall it is a nice little hotel in an okay location but the room was way too cosy and we found the staff unfriendly and unhelpful.

This hotel was "fine" by European standards. Small, no significant amenities (though there was a good breakfast). Air conditioning didn't work in one of the rooms in the middle of a 95F heat wave. The real problem is that we booked junior suites, and the room was not a suite and looked nothing like the rooms in the pictures. We demanded an actual suite, and they said they were sold out on the first night, but did move us on the 2nd night. Basically a bait and switch. Front desk was polite but not very helpful. Overall very overpriced, though if you want to be near Gare du Nord (which we did) and expect standard European quality, this is adequate.
