Been coming here since they’ve opened 8 years ago . 1st time ever this happened the free breakfast disappointed me . I went at 6am and they’ve said there were no more muffins for the kids . The waffle machine is still not fixed its out of service since February the last time I’ve visited. The headboard of the beds , alarm clock was so dusty … the bathroom toilet paper fell in some water and was wet had ask for a new toilet roll when arrived not the same hotel as before .

We loved that it was dog friendly. For us that’s a dal breaker if they do not accept our fur baby. Convenient location close to all. Friendly staff

Stayed 4 days. Had 1 day cleaning service, no service on weekend. Sign at reception mentions staff shortage, but no mention of this. Wet towels and trash 4 days. Another family member had room no hot water. Called desk and was advised no maintenance on weekend. Had to take cold shower. And FULL ROOM CHSRGE of $250 per night taxes. No offer of discount. Never stay there again. There are other local hotels.

For the cost of the hotel, it was disappointing. The fan in the room rattled very loud. No room service on weekends. Over room by kids hockey tournament. Didn’t even have regular black tea. At check we were not asked if we joined our stay. Over all high price for an average hotel stay.

Whenever we go up to Canada to visit family we stay at this hotel. Very clean and staff is friendly. Floors are laminate, not carpet. Restaurant next door is within walking distance.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel had an issue with their hot water tanks so there was no hot water during my stay. The food on the breakfast buffet was terrible, we were there 3 days and there was no variety at all, it was all the same gross food. There were 2 children's hockey tournaments staying at the hotel as well and they dominated the place, it made the breakfast buffet a nightmare and they were up until all hours of the night and early in the morning causing chaos and making noise.

Hotel was very clean and well-appointed. Good breakfast. Bed was fantastic! Our last night there were many kids in the hotel and it was very noisy until very late. Would have been nice had security handled it.

It was very nice. Booked the reservstion on behalf of my family who were coming to visit me in Quebec. After traveling from Toronto There was a little bit of confusion with checking in since they did not have my credit card with them. But I can understand why there would be. Things eventually got resolved. The hotel was really nice.
