I had requested for extra bed, which was not provided and upon asking I was told that you booked from
expedia you need to talk to them. It was very pity condition for my family to accommodate in that room. I also requested to change to bigger room, it was also refused by them, very bad experience.

Include Breakfast was not that great, also the TV in the room was non-functional for 3 families including mine in the rooms on the floor assigned to us. After issues was brought to attention of hotel staff they advised it wouldnt be possible to fix the issue and offered to switch room from 4th floor to 1st floor, which was a big task as each family had 2 kids each who were tired after a long day of travelling. Expected better service.

My siblings and I were in Montreal to attend my aunt’s funeral and had been persuaded to stay at the Hampton Inn. We were greeted by Roxana, who was savvy enough to recognize a common name amongst her guests and informed my brother, sil and myself that our other family members had already arrived. While she was on duty
for the weekend, she never failed to recognize and greet our family BY NAME and regularly enquire if we found everything satisfactory. Given our reason for being in Montreal, better/compassionate room rates would have been nice. In a world of snarky people, at least Roxana is a “keeper.”

Perfect for our family. Comfy and clean beds and sofa bed. All the necessary in bathroom (soap, shampoo, conditioner). Mini fridge and microwave. Thumbs up!

Great value. Clean rooms with polite bilingual staff. Very nice breakfast offered. Good family hotel.

Generally a comfortasble stay; water pressure in the bathroom sink was very weak.
Didn't appreciate hockey tournament kids running through the hall late at night banging on doors.

Arriving at the hotel, I was told that I do not have a reservation, after I show proof and that it was fully paid since March 22nd, I was told that my reservation was cancelled because the agent hotels.ca/Expedia over book me and that they have no room available. I requested to see the manager, but the manager never showed up. I insisted on having a room and after constant pleading, they decided to offer me a room but we had to wait for another hour for the room to be cleaned. I never experienced such an ordeal with my family. In addition they charged me a new rate of excess of 350.00 more than my previous payment and then refunded me, my previous payment. My ordeal continued, I had to insists that I must get my previous offer. Eventually they agreed and refunded me the difference. Despite the reps found on record detail information from hotels.ca about my reservation, the experience was not good. Besides this the actual stay was good.

Amazing place but the screaming hordes of kids was too much. Didn't sleep at all.
