As the parents of an autistic child, the staff at the Embassy hotel went above and beyond and were very understanding and helpful. I highly recommend it!

This property was great. Better than I had expected when I booked it. The room was beautiful and clean. Very spacious for my family. We loved breakfast. So much to try and the staff during breakfast were amazing! So nice and friendly. The area had a lot around it and was only 25 mins from the city so that was nice. We loved what this property had to offer including their happy hour vouchers! I would definitely come to stay here again when I visit montreal again

Hotel staff were very friendly, amenities were super clean and the COVID-19 protocols were top notch. I went with my family and my kids made it a point of duty to remind me of leaving a 5-star review. Testimony to the fact that they really enjoyed the stay.Will always stay with the Hiltons franchise😍

The price was too expensive compared to the service quality over all! The recepsionist was not professional, the brekfast are was a mess... my kids and I were very disappointed!

Great property and very friendly staff. Nicely renovated and very modern. Very large suite with 2 queen beds and sofa bed perfect for the family. Wish it had a pool for the kids. Ample breakfast options and loved the evening cocktails. Only 2 things I did not like we were woken up at about 8:40 am for house keeping to clean our room that is too early even if the do not disturb sign was off. Additionally the toilet seat in room 208 needs to be replaced it is very discoloured. Overall a great stay we would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Embassy Suites was top notch. We came in very suddenly due to a massive power outage back home. For us, everything was unpredictable and chaotic, but the staff at the hotel accommodated it all. When we mistakenly thought there was a pool onsite, rather than have 3 disappointed kids, they helped us have a quick swim at a nearby sister hotel. When we suddenly were able to return home and had to cancel an additional night’s stay, they let us cancel on short notice with no hassle. It really was a pleasant stay.
