Microtel Inn & Suites Montreal Airport - Dorval QC

Stay was ok, stayed for 2 nights. We requested for cleaning they denied saying room service is only for 3 or more nights, we asked if they can just vacuum the floor as kids had made a mess but they denied. The breakfast cannot handle a crowd, we had to wait for hours to get turn. Safe parking, they had gated entry and exit making car parking safe. Pool was amazing, kids loved it.

The beds were comfortable, and the room was ok. There was no ice bucket in the room and when we asked for one, we were offered a dirty pail. The breakfast buffet was fine for what it is, and the staff was trying hard, but families were leaving tables dirty with drinks spilled on the floor and no-one was cleaning it up. We booked the hotel for the pool and water slide features. The pool was fine, but the water slide was out of order by the time it was quiet enough for our teens to use the facilities. Overall, it was a disappointing stay and we won’t rebook.

We enjoy Microtel Dorval as the location is very convenient for us to visit family and friends.

Nice stay with kids, well maintained, safe, can drive to old montreal in 25 minutes, near airport, buffet was good, gets super crowded as holiday season. Super easy check in and check out. Courteous staff, Overall nice property, will sure stay again.

The hotel was clean and exactly how it is represented online. Staff was friendly. Pool had a strong chemical smell that burnt my eyes and made the kids cough after 20 mins. There was also a wet towel smell in our room when we entered, it was reduced when we turned the air conditioning down, not sure what the cause was.

Great place to stay with your family. The breakfast area is bit small and sometimes you will have to wait till its your turn. Pool is really good and the water slide was a great experience!

The place is clean and the staff are very friendly , receptionists specially are very helpful. I like that breakfast buffet is included. The pool is always busy with young families, but it was always kept clean, enjoyed the hot tub mostly. They have a secured car parking which is a plus.

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay at the Microtel Inn & Suites. My kids really enjoyed the pool & the slide. Of course they also enjoyed the different delicious breakfast options they offered! 10/10 would recommend for kids! It’s quiet, the staff there are amazing, quick to respond to any help you need. It’s relaxing for parents to just sit quietly in the hot tub or pool area while your kid/kids enjoy the slide & pool & hot tub. We will be back!! Thanks for such an amazing time

Nice clean hotel with a great pool/hot-tub/waterslide for the kids. It's located in a business district so expect to drive (short distances) to get to any good restaurants or shopping. It has a decent gym with windows overlooking the pool area. Hot breakfast bar was pretty good. I found the beds quite comfortable so overall this is a good place to stay. It's right by the highway so road noise was higher than ideal for our room that was facing Hwy40. The room has a sound machine included which we used and found useful to drown out the road noise. Overall we had a good stay with our family and would stay here again.

Friendly and helpful employee's with a clean property. Grand children enjoyed the pool and waterslide. I would definately stay there again.
