Hôtel Lindbergh Québec - Place Laurier

I took 2 beds for my family and they were so small but other than that everything is good

It’s a beautiful hotel to stay. We family love to stay there. Everything was perfect. I recommend this hotel for stays.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. I find the check in for 5pm to be a bit late. As we were traveling from 8 hours to get there. Plus the kids were super excited about the pool which we were only told after we checked in that the pool was closed until June 25. It should be indicated on the site as well so it is less confusing for clients when reserving. I was not allowed to get the receipt for the room when we left because they said they could not print it until 4 am. I am still waiting for it and have never received it. The breakfast was a simple style with bagels and cereal, which as fine. There was nothing for kids to do in the hotel when they would have time to play. There is parking outside but it gets filled up very quickly and not a lot of place. We never took the indoor parking so I do not know. It is close to the mall however, like a 10 minute walk and to the Chul.

Good place for family

Hotel is located near various restaurants, shopping/mall, 10-15 min drive from old Quebec. Quiet, clean, good spaces inside. Breakfast could be improved, no eggs, nor bacon, only bagels and cereal x kids. The entrance/hall seems a bit odd, doesn't do justice to this hotel. It really looks like you are entering through a backyard of some sort.... behind the presse cafe, it does not help that the buses park just in front of the entrance - resemling a trailer park area... could be improved if busses park in other areas. Overall good experience.

A front desk staff, Max provided an excellent service during my family stay. We highly recommended this hotel to others. Definitely, we will visit there again in next year.

We liked the fact that there was no carpet and that the room was very clean. The staff were very kind and patient and the underground parking was a plus. The building was very bright and felt spacious. Great for families.

Staff were great. Hotel design is different and location is ideal for the price. Overall best place to stay with family.

Too loud. I would hear people upstairs and kids running until midnight

A child was screaming and running for 2 days and no-one did anything.
