Had a suite with 2 beds (for the kids) and one closed room with a bed (parents). Our bed was beside the emergency stairs that are not carpeted so we woke up 4 times during the night by people jumping in the stairs. Not enough elevator, we had to wait between 5-10 minutes each time. Pool was cold. Furniture is old, shower was leaking and mattresses are horrible. Never going back, especially for the price they charged. Lot of good hotels around Laurier Blvd.

Great stay with my toddler, staff was very friendly and helpful, great area with everything nearby, especially the malls. Cosmos was a great space for dinning, and were very courteous for my allergies

The place was dusty. The major areas were clean such as beds tubs etc but needs more TLC it’s dusty which means they are doing surface cleaned but not deep cleans. It needs a deep clean. The pool is not for small kids it’s too deep for them. They needs a family friendly pool

The 2 bedroom suite with kitchen option is amazing for families. Location is great. Staff do a great job. The only downside is the underground parking. It’s very tight and dingy.

The hotel itself was OK. The main frustration we had was concerning the crib for the baby. Even though I called twice (when I booked and on the day we arrived) to make sure they would have one, they never told me that there was an extra $20 per night for a foldable portable playpen (the model that cost $70 at WalMart). Not a nice crib with a proper mattress... The exact same portable playpen that I have at home that I could've carried with me. They brought the "crib" in our room but just left it there on the floor, still folded, with a bunch of extra (adult) blankets and pillow (see picture). Fortunately, I knew how to install it myself since I have the exact same model at home (but without the multiple stains) and I would've brought it knowing they would charge me for it. I've stayed in multiple hotels before with babies and they've always provided a nice wodden crib for free with a proper baby mattress. It's weird that you go to a hotel, you book for 4 guests including < 1 years old, but they charge you extra for one of the guest to have his own bed. Second frustration was the very noisy elevator our room was next to.

2 rooms. 2 parents and 3 kids. Rooms were very comfortable and LOVED the sushi restaurant in the hotel. Only issue was the 2-Queen bed room had a window that looked into the bathroom from the room. Could see person on the toilet. Very odd design and awkward.
