WARNING! Sharp corners on furniture in room. My 3 year old ended up in emergency room with a giant gash on his forehead. We informed the hotel and they did NOT care. They blew us off. Spoke to front desk, "speak to the manager." Spoke to manager, "speak to director". No one took responsibility or apologized. This is what you get with a no name hotel - no accountability whatsoever. Some kid is going to lose an eye or worse die. If you want to stay here, bring bumpers. The hotel could spend as little as $10 to apply bumpers on dangerous furniture. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Shame on the hotel staff for not addressing this and ignoring us when we brought it to their attention. Stay somewhere else!

This is a simple, clean facility and the room was comfortable and clean with good quality bedding and towels. We didn’t try the pool but it looked good. The breakfast room was crowded but there was a good selection of basics. There is a large mall and restaurants nearby. It’s right by the highway. They offer a free bus to and from the old city center every day. Great deal for families!

Njoyed staying in this hotel, nice breakfast , my kids njoyed all varaities of items provided. Parking is free and comfortably parked my car.

A basic place, still quite expensive. Nothing to rave about, breakfast included (not sure why some reviews were so positive). Lots of families with small kids so I guess fine for them, but not if you want to experience the feeling of Quebec City. For that, one should stay in the city. Not much more expensive probably either. Positives: it has free electric charging (only 3 stalls however which could at times get fully occupied) and thankfully it is not far from the city (10min drive).
