I stayed there four nights, not once was the room cleaned or attended by chambermaid in the four days I was there, beds remained unmade, the rooms were clean enough, twice I tried to have a bath but the water would not stay in bathtub. Faulty plug Vending machine downstairs out of order. Was not able to use the phone to call room to room as it was a constant busy tone while phone was not in use. We had three family rooms booked and were unable to communicate by hotel room phones. Coffee service in lobby was good. Reception staff was otherwise helpful

We had a 2 day stay, the check in and check out was smooth and quick. Rooms are clean and sophisticated. Overall it is a very good family hotel for stay.

My family and friend enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We were welcomed by friendly staff and the rooms were clean. There were a few towels that had minor stains and I notified the staff and he quickly got me new ones without issues. Overall, I would stay here again next time I visit Quebec

No room service - of course this is the new norm. We had a baby. So, after 6 days there, the garbage was not emptied, the sheets were not changed, the floors were not swept. The microwave, kept in the lobby was dirty, and missing the plate. Front desk staff were courteous.

The beds are on the firmer side, and I would recommend bringing your own pillow because their pillows are now very good. Room is clean, but if you are there for a few days I would go and ask for them to clean your room as ours was never done on a 4 day stay. It is nice and close to the highway with some good restaurants in the place beside it, (la rascal, eggquie as well as chez victor). Would not recommend as a family stay place but great if you are on your own and need to stay for a night as you can not beat the price.

It was clean and comfortable. The only thing was the noisy from the ouside road and the leak in the toilet but overall it was a nice for me and my family.
