Sheraton Montreal Airport Hotel

As if No noise insulation- young kids in neighboring room woke us up early. Heard as if paper walls.

This is a nice hotel, close to the airport. It would be better if the restaurant was better suited for families, or bar and grill type menu. The restaurant at the hotel is very fancy and high end.

The hotel was very clean, smelled very nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was also excellent and very convenient. The shuttle driver was very nice. I will definitely come back and let my family know to go there. 10000% will be back there. And convenient to other store and the museum if taking Uber.

Oh my gosh. My family and I stayed here for a quick Montreal getaway. First my bedsheets were stained so I asked for them to be changed. There was a Bloody BOOGER on the wall. Lastly when we left we found little pink worms in our shoes and on our clothes. Disgusting experience. Mohammed front desk was very informative and efficient. The only positive review I have to the hotel.

It is really great that this hotel is pet friendly. I appreciate that. (I have a cat). 1. However there is no way to register a pet when booking online. Even though there are options for other adults and children. I did phone the hotel to let them know. They were very nice. 2. What puzzles me is that, once your establishment has decided to be pet friendly, (great) you would think that they could throw in a tray of kitty litter and maybe a couple of food bowls. Fortunately I thought ahead and packed my own, but really? I wonder if they provide a cot, etc. for registered children. It seems to me that it would be in their own best interests to provide basic hygiene needs for pets especially as they are very happy to charge a huge surcharge . Are they trying to create problems for themselves? Because of that, I would have given a 2 star, but the rest of the facilities were all right. The in-room coffee was terrible. Just a bedroom to spend the night while waiting for a flight. Nothing special but clean, quiet and nice staff.

Property is well located. However they seem to hide all the luggage carts, and only offer them if you take the assistance from an employee (obviously for tips). We are traveling with kids, so lots of luggage. At the price i pay for the room, i don't need to tip someone else when i can do it myself with a luggage cart.

Overall a good hotel, but incredibly cold at night, not ideal for my toddler. Couldnt reach the main desk with the provided phone, had to walk downstairs. Otherwise was there for only a few hours waiting for my flight so cant comment on amentities.
