There was nothing that could be improved upon with our stay, from cleanliness, helpfulness, caring & kindness !! All of these were above the level of expectations for our entire family that maintained three rooms for 9 nights. you will not be disappointed. Brian, Delta, B.C.

The hotel is close to the airport, the train station, and the bus terminal. It is convenient to get into the city. However, there is tons of traffic in the area. It is not easy to walk. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport. Everyone from the staff my family interacted with was super friendly. However, their cleaning service policy is not great. We were there for three days, no one came in to clean our room. There is also another hotel being built right next door. Ironically , the noise that bothered us wasn't from the airport, it was from the construction. In summary, if you are looking for somewhere to crash after a long flight, this is a great place. If you want to do an extended stay for your family, you get what you pay for.

I like the service at the front desk. However, it took long to get a crib for my baby and the my bed was broken. They fixed it though.

Great hotel for stay near airport. Walkable to Via rail which we did in the morning. Staff super friendly. Big room which fitted a family of 4. Reasonably priced especially considering the breakfast

We have stayed at this hotel on three separate occasions and have found it to be reasonably priced and well maintained. We are a family of five and greatly appreciate the complimentary breakfast as well as the pool. Highly recommend!

One of the reason we chose this property is the pool. Water was very cold and my kids only went in the pool one day for few minutes. Location was good but because it's closer to the Airport sometime you get caught in the Airport traffic. Breakfast food and service was good.

I found the staff to be really good, polite and helpful but for the cost, I would have expected better sheets that did not smell like pure bleach, actual items in the mini bar, a well functioning air conditioning system, glasses vs plastic cups, to not have adjoining doors/room to a young family who were naturally loud and a breakfast with healthier plant based options. We were not stranded at the airport…we had booked months ahead of time.

Dominic was great, overall very helpful staff. Place was clean, comfortable rooms and family friendly. Food is good however, more options to chose from would be lovely especially, for guests staying a few days.
