Small, 12-room hotel close to Sheppard & Yonge. Very clean, family- oriented, walkable area. Popular and often filled when I need to book. The only issues are technology - phones this time, tv last time. I'm sure they're working on it but it's an older property and there are challenges.

I chose this hotel due to close proximity to my family’s place. Not going to lie, I was little worried about poor reviews but it wasn’t as bad as I thought. The pro was that the staff were pretty helpful and friendly. The con was that sofa bed was hard to use and I don’t think there was a laundry facility but other than that it was pretty decent.

Nice spacious suite perfect for a family of 3. Staff are so very welcoming and always there to help. They also helped when customers above us were making excessive noice (banging, yelling in the night). Thanks to hotel staff, the noise reduced and we were able to get some sleep. Great location: Close to Ikea, malls and restaurants. A quick commute to downtown. I Highly recommend this clean and quaint hotel. The best service we have ever received when traveling! Thanks for everything.

Overall, cute property which was very well situated for us as we were visiting our family in Willowdale. Rooms are large and bed was very comfortable. Tim Hortons about à block away, along with a 24 hour breakfast place and as Italian restaurant.

We stayed in the 3 queen room and it was great for our family. It was spacious enough and so quiet. The staff were super friendly and the beds are so comfortable. It only took us about 20 minutes to get downtown from the hotel and it was nice to go back to a quiet area away from the craziness..The only negative thing is that the room needed a lot of cosmetic repairs but we will definitely stay there again.

Overall it wasn't a good experience the room was too small and the washroom needed work and the bed sheets were stained and the sofa-bed waa old and can't sleep 2 people. The Queen bed was not a Queen bed it was more like a double bed. The room was for four adults, but that was not the case. Had to sleep on the floor. definately not recommend to family or friends.

Staffs are super friendly. Safe neighborhood, lots of surveillance cameras around property. Room is clean and a good size for family of 3. The bed is nice and comfy, however the sofabed is very uncomfortable. Has basic utensils. Lots of restaurants nearby. Subway is about 15 mins walk. I would stay at this hotel again
