Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Toronto Markham

Thank you Twinkie Redwan & all Hampton Inn Toronto Markham staff for a nice stay and friendly service ! 🙏 Some suggestions to improve comfort & maintain stds 1. would recommend changing pillows as all were soft and flat 😳 2. provide daily trash emptying in all rooms to avoid insects , smells etc especially given that people have use of microwave and fridge which is greatly convenient and appreciated . Like location off 407 . convenient parking shared w/ Homeward hotel . Family friendly hotels - so expect lots lots of Kids - Nice pool , but again too many kids to really enjoy . Bkft free and varied each day was a pleasant plus Will continue to stay at Hampton brand hotels and love the ZERO/O products - great environmental and health initiative given the rising number of people with allergy related issues 😉

The hot breakfast is very good. A good selection of healthy and tasty choices, and each day they had different items. I appreciate that the pool was open from 6am-10pm, and the exercise room from 6am-midnight. My kids had a great time in the pool and equipment room. Staff was helpful and friendly.

It was exactly what we needed for a family getaway with a lovely pool and great breakfast!

The room was great for our family of 5...lots of space and it was clean. Only suggestion is you Definitely need larger or more garbage cans in the rooms and maybe dish soap for the kitchenette area.

During our stay a girls hockey team was on the property and kids and adults were playing hockey in he halls.... walls are paper thin and noise was excessive and agravating ... parents were louder than the kids...nobody put a stop to it

Nice property, very clean. The first night we arrived there were some teens at the pool being very Roudy close to my young children,I was very concerned about their safety. There were also teens running the halls,at least there was security but there should be 2 security people on at night especially on weekends.. Front desk staff very pleasant!

We had a 4 kids and 2 adults in the room. I had asked for 6 bath towels, 6 pillows, 6 blankets and 3rolls of toilet paper to be in the room for check in. I was assured it was well stocked. Not so, I had to call the front desk and request the above and wait.

We had a wonderful family foodie road trip. The room accommodations were just as we expected and were familiar with. The eco-family bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash attached to the wall was a pleasant & welcome surprise. The window shades cover should be able to close all the way, not partial. .

It’s a terrible experience for my family because we found out our car in the morning that somebody broke the window of our car in the parking area at the back of the hotel and the CCTV at the area is not within reach at the park area where we park.It’s very unsafe to leave your car at parking area.

We are a family of 6, so we love it when s hotel has rooms that can accommodate 6 people and also at a reasonable price.
