My father passed suddenly, and I needed a comfortable place for my family near my mom's place. The hotel room was perfect for the 4 of us. The separate bedroom area allowed us some privacy and separation from the kids and some extra space to stretch. There was a full fridge a mini kitchen with cooking utensils and dishware that would have been perfect for cooking some small meals, but we did not use it. Overall, a comfortable stay. Would definitely use again.

My family's Came from Washington DC Airport to Toronto Airport, airport shut down because of storm. As soon as we've been notified by the airport that our flight cancel and we got stuck at the airport . I contact the hotel Explain our situation to them and ask that if hotel can cancel our reservation, the receptionist told me she have no problem of canceling but because we booked from Expedia so she needs somebody from Expedia to contact them to cancel. But when hotel.com contact the hotel, they did not cancel and they charged us anyway. Sad

Room and hotel were good. Housekeeping however was not so good. They told us on check in that house keeping came every 2 days which was fine with us. During our 7 night stay they came only twice and even those times didn't do things that we would have expected like fill the shampoo and leave fresh dish clothes after removing the dirty ones. My kids enjoyed the pool although it could be kept cleaner.

We stayed in 2bedroom family suite . Loved the 2 bathrooms. Beds were too soft and sofa bed mattress was poor. Couch was long enough to sleep,on without opening. Kids loved pool and breakfast options.

We were attending our nephew’s wedding in Vaughan and stayed here with other family members. Our stay was quite comfortable and the location was convenient to the wedding venue and Pearson airport. The hotel was very clean and the included breakfast was good. I had a chance to use the pool to do some rehab on a sprained ankle and it was also very clean. The staff were friendly and was very accommodating to our needs.

It is a very nice place. Pool was well kept and warm. Room was extremely clean and spacious. Breakfast was simple but very good. The kids loved the pool and the room. Staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice staff especially Joane 💚 & Oasha from Front Desk. They are all very polite, kind, friendly and accommodating. I truly appreciate their wonderful customer service. And the breakfast in this hotel is good and clean. The rooms are very comfortable and great for family. We enjoyed our stay and we definitely book there again. Thank you to all staff of Homewood suites Hilton Markham for being awesome.
