The rooms were really nice. Bar & restaurant good. We didn’t like the pool. First we had to book a time slot to go to pool. Really!! Pool had Dirty yellowish water. Can only use 1/2 of pool because hotel rents the pool for kids swimming lessons. Really!!?!? Never seen that before. Pool should be for guests only!! Hot tub was getting repaired.

My family and I booked for 3 nights at this hotel. Our room was so dirty that we left after 1 night. I communicated to management that our room smelled very heavily of a wet dog and asked to be moved. They sprayed the room with Lysol and refused. So we checked out. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Our stay was just "okay". We had a 2 bedroom on the 3rd floor which was very spacious. However, the room had two big glass brick sections instead of solid wall beside the doors (there were two doors into the hallway) that were covered by curtains. If the curtains were not closed, you could see people walking down the hallway, and it blocked out zero of the noise. It was the oddest room I have ever been in. Also, the pool was not great, was under some type of renovation and had a huge tarps covering one wall and bag of concrete laying around. You also had to book a time slot to use the pool. This was a March break staycation, so that was definitely not ideal with three young kids. The staff were wonderful though.

Hotel was clean and convenient for our time in Markham. I didn’t not like that you had to reserve a time to use the pool, it was not kid friendly. The gym time is also limited and closed by 8:30 pm.
