Really nice and clean hotel, conveniently located, the room has all necessary amenities. Breakfast was good, everyone from the family has found their own meal to eat. Especially wanted to note that the hotel Is super clean everywhere - rooms, common areas, restaurant, everywhere. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Great breakfast with lots of options! Coffee and teas available 24/7 in the lobby (and the option to make your own in your room). Pool was great for the kids. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. You can walk to most points of interest including loads of shops and restaurants and the ferry to Wolfe Island. Downsides: parking was $35/day! Luckily, we easily found in-street parking (free all weekend!) AND The sofa bed was very lumpy.

We stayed in the larger suit as a family of 6. Was great size two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Was very clean and suited all our needs. Had small kitchen if staying longer great for doing own meals. The kids enjoyed the pool, the hot tub was being repaired and wasn’t hot the first day but got to enjoy it second morning. Staff were wonderful very friendly and great to the kids offering them chocolate milks on our check out. Would recommend this property and would book again.

Our family stayed over a weekend for 3 nights with our 9-year-old son and our 2 dogs. Even though there was a huge hockey tournament going on and the hotel was fully booked, everything was still great. The rooms are nice and I like that we can bring our dogs. They offer a great free breakfast with lots of options including hot food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only minor complaint I have is the price of parking at $32 per night. I would expect to pay that much in Toronto but not in Kingston. The location is great as well - right on the water and a close walk to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay again when back in Kingston.

We stayed for 1 night with our two children. There were many choices of restaurant within walking distance along the waterfront trail. We enjoyed the saltwater pool, but unfortunately the hot tub was under maintenance in the morning so we couldn't use it. The room was clean and the breakfast choices were excellent. We would stay here again.

Loved the two bedroom suite. The only downside is the pull out sofa for kids is too large for the area it's located and you need to move the table and chairs to make it fit. The sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable
