The staff were very kind to our young kids. Goes a long way. Double plus for having Starbucks available at lobby! Great local restaurants near by and almost right next to the Kingston sign. Water view was nice. We would stay again.

Overall was a great stay. We are, however, disappointed to be charged a $50 fee for pet cleaning. Our puppy drank a lot of course, and had an accident on the comforter. We had them removed right away, and they replaced. We were honest because we didn’t want it to stain, but are truly disappointed, and assume a different outcome if that happened with a child. Other than that the hotel was clean, could use renovations in the pool

Front Staff was amazing. They first put us in a joining room but when we got there, their was a young family next to us. We brought this up and mentioned were in no rush to check in as we understand there was a hockey tourney in town. Manager was amazing and got us another room in now time. Amazing understanding staff. Bartender was great as well.

Check in was easy, parking spaces are tight (our minivan just fit), and location is excellent. Central to downtown, waterfront, lovely dining and shopping options. Negatives- We had a room with a king bed and pull out sofa, and had to call for bedding as it wasn't in the room (we booked for 4 people, so were clearly using the sofabed for our two children) Our room "deluxe one king one sofabed waterfront" was located in the same space as the elevator bay (not down a hallway at all) so it woke us up a few times at night. Lastly, we forgot a garment bag in the closet, and realized it a couple hours after checkout. It took multiple phone calls over 2 days to locate the bag and confirm it was in thier possession, and then when we offered to send a courier to the front desk for the bag at our cost so we could overnight ship it to our next hotel they refused to offer any assistance (they would have needed to place it in a box or bag and print a shipping label) Our only option was their lost and found program which ended up taking 3 weeks and cost $50 in shipping to go from Kingston to Waterloo. Having worked in customer service for a number of years, we felt extremely let down by this experience.

I booked the only room left (king size room with pull out for my family of four, and there were no sheets for our pull out couch, not enough pillows, and only one coffee pod. Extra effort put on the visitor to get basic needs.

We liked that there was a pool and hot tub and picked this hotel because of that. Also called to confirm they were open and operating. Having it closed down because of the volume of kids really put a damper on our trip. There was also constant yelling and playing outside our room in the hallway. Kids trying to open our door a dozen times ,parents conversing loudly with one another and yelling at there kids as well as constant slaming of doors. Spending over 400$ for an evening of relaxation really didnt work out for us at the delta kingston . Really disappointed and money down the toilet.

Unfortunately, I had a medical emergency that morning and was unable to contact and go to the hotel. The next day I called to see if I could book another stay and/or receive a credit for a future stay but was told no in no certain terms! The person I spoke with was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed when I explained the situation. I did say that I could provide medical proof. My grandkids were very disappointed that we could not go to Kingston.

This hotel was great for location, easy check-in, clean rooms, great pool and friendly staff. Our only issues were that the parking was awful, tight spaces and no opportunity to turn around, if you got a middle space as we did, you couldn’t get out of your vehicle easily at all and the lobby bar closed at 10:30. This made it difficult for adults travelling with children to do anything outside their room after that time. But otherwise a lovely spot close to everything we wanted to do.

Convenient location for walking around downtown Kingston. Lovely views and helpful, friendly staff. The restaurant had lots of delicious options for breakfast and everything was very child friendly. Currently undergoing a refresh of rooms and common spaces (carpets, etc) but wasn’t intrusive.
