The description of the room said refrigerator and minibar. There was no refrigerator just a mini bar heavily fied with drinks and if you moved anything around you would be charged. We have a baby and so we needed a fridge to store breast milk. We called the front desk saying we needed to move the drinks to put milk inside the said someone would remove the drinks but they never did. Also the minibar fridge isnt even cold enough like a real refrigerator, its more like a chiller. The milk spoilled in minibar! We knew this because it didnt seem cold enough and my baby had diarrhea!
Other things that were not a 5 store hotel feel to me which arent a big deal but a little annoying are 1. The bathroom/toilet light; its sensored and turns off after a couple minutes. You always have to wave your hand in there after a couple minutes or else youll be in the dark. It was annoying. 2. Its an older facility 3. It wasnt a soft close toilet. If you just dropped the toilet seat cover it would slam. You would think a place like this would have a soft close toilet. 4. Front desk was rude and didnt do what we asked about the fridge/minibar. This is a 4 star hotel definately NOT 5. We had a better experience at crystal hotel by the village which is a 4 star hotel and had all the things that i complained about in this post that the 4 seasons lacked.

Our stay at the four seasons hotel exceeded our expectations but that was mainly due to the amazing service and attention to detail from Erin at the front desk. My husband and I went to celebrate my husbands birthday and it was our first couple trip since we had kids (7 years ago). Erin made sure we got pampered and well taken care of, she made us have a stay we will never forget. Thank you so much!

Had a great time with my family. Especially liked the heated pool, sauna and the steam room facilities. Conveniently located near the upper village

Loved the grounds, how tailored everything is to children. Tyler at the front desk made our check in and stay with a baby easy, which is NOT an easy task!!!

Five stars (except the pool area was teeming with toddlers and babies. They should probably get an adults only pool) It turned us off. Pee pee lol

Chris and the transportation team saved this stay. They were beyond courteous and flexible.Asked in advance for Mountain View, was given courtyard where parents let their children run and scream through night. Restaurant service staff extremely slow and inconsistent. Housekeeping needs to up their game and be prompt in turning over room. Online checkout wasn’t working.

Very beautiful. We had a couple of issues but the hotel worked quickly to satisfy us and displayed a genuine care about taking care of us. Great hotel for a baby too, mostly quiet, large spaces to walk around, baby essentials provided. Really gorgeous property.

Elegant, family oriented hotel with quiet rooms and comfy beds. Dining options limited - ended up dining next door at the Fairmont without issue.

First off - I never write reviews. I share my opinion with my business (or lack there of). We often stay at the Four Seasons in both Maui and Lanai, which are beautiful properties offering the best of service. Whistler was not so much. Our paid for upgrade to a "Mountain View" left much to be desired, and we couldn't help but wonder how a worse view could be offered in the "superior room". Being members of Accor, a Fairmont affiliated program, we are often offered amazing upgrades (at no cost) to rooms that are spectacular. And you know what happens after - we book those rooms and pay for them. This just happened at the Pacific Rim in Vancouver. The Four Seasons has a lot to learn from the Fairmont (a sentence I never thought would be possible after spending time in Lanai and Maui). We felt duped. Fool us once, your fault. We won't be fooled again. For $400 bucks in upgrade costs, you lost the potential for much more business. And I'm sure you know how much more people share with friends, family and clients about bad experiences than good. But worse than that is the vibe in the hotel. The staff at ALL the restaurants clearly didn't want to be there. With one or two tables having guests, food and drinks still took way too long. 15 minutes for a drink when we were the only table is really bad. It seemed like amateur hour - they are clearly having staffing issue's, it was very obvious. The bellmen were great in helping with our bikes, front desk/house keeping were great.
