Days Inn & Conference Centre by Wyndham Cranbrook

The staff at the front desk greeted me warmly with my reservation and information I needed. Our room was very clean. Beds were really comfortable. Even though the hotel was full it was quiet and peaceful. We had a balcony room and enjoyed sitting out enjoying families have fun in the pool. Breakfast was amazing with a person making omelettes to order. Overall a wonderful experience!

A very nice and modern hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool (and our room backing onto the outside patio area) was a hit with the kids. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Beds, friendly and helpful staff , the pool towels were too small to fit around an adult body - but the pool was well gated and fun for our kids. Elevator was broken … we had to climb 3 flights of stairs with an infant and toddler - not ideal. What would we have done if we couldn’t manage the stairs. We were not told prior to check in about the elevator (I’m assuming they knew for at least a day? Maybe hours?) we were not offered a discount or voucher etc. We will be asking Wyndham directly for compensation. Hotel is next to a busy, crowded street- we had a courtyard room so noise wasn’t an issue , but if we would have had a road facing room it would be very noisy. Parking is tight. Nice fridge and microwave in room. Hotel will work in a pinch , otherwise we prefer something a bit more updated and quiet. Clean , but not sparkling - there were a few odours lingering.

The games room is great especially traveling with kids. 👍

Stayed for one night, family of four with two little kids. We arrived later in the evening and check in was quick and easy. The key initially didn’t work so had to go back to let front desk know, issue was quickly resolved. Property’s dated and that’s very apparent, but clean. For one or couple of nights, it really is reasonable for the price. Beds were comfy, it was quiet. The AC in our room didn’t work but since we were only staying one night, we opened the windows to let the breeze in and we managed. We let the staff know upon check out and front desk was quick to fill out a maintenance form for it. Breakfast was surprisingly good! They had bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages, and hashbrowns along with other staples like cereal, bread, bagels, yogurt. Staff seemed really friendly and helpful. It was a nice, pleasant stay overall.

Nice basic family property. Affordable, clean, breakfast included and the courtyard / pool area would be lovely for families with children in the summer.

The listing said the beds are a queen size they are actually only a double. The beds in the rooms are uncomfortable and inadequate especially the pull out couch it’s just all springs. The front desk seemed overwhelmed and it was just a single person trying to check in 4 families. The pool was nice.

My kids and I checked into the hotel at 11pm. They said that there was someone in my room. Their stuff was in it, but not the person. Long story short, there was no room for us. However, after about 45 minutes, they found another hotel close by, and paid for that stay. So that was nice and appreciated.

This hotel was pleasant surprise. The outside looks dated, but the rooms inside were nicely updated. The pool area was soaking wet (not sure if there was a storm the day before) so all the seating was wet. The breakfast was decent, but they had a news channel that was inappropriate for kids on the TV in the breakfast room with several children in the room.

We booked because we just needed a bed for the night, it was a nice surprise. It was quiet, the breakfast was nice, The pool was taken over by a kids sport team but we got a good 20 min before they took the pool over. We will be back!
