Fairly cozy property just on the outside of Fernie. Staff was very courteous. Room was dated but decent. Very basic amenities. 3 of 5 stars overall but nothing overtly bad to report, other than a lot of noise from the hallways and nearby rooms with kids stampeding about. That did quiet down after 8pm fortunately. Hotel is conveniently located just off the main highway.

We had blast at this hotel. The rooms are set up perfectly for families. The waterslide was a hit. The continental breakfast was great. The only thing I would have improved is the amount of seating available during breakfast. Its hard to get a seat if you arrive between 9-10. Location ia great and we loved that the elk river was right behind the hotel. Made for aome really beautiful morning walks with the dog!

The room was clean, mini fridge was a good size so I could store healthy snacks for kids. Staff was friendly. The building is getting old, you can see a lot of wear on the baseboards and the door in the bathroom.

We got the room with the king bed on top and two double beds. There was a fan but it was still hot upstairs with the a/c going. There are Reno’s going on when we were there so no hot tub available. The dry sauna wasn’t the greatest either. The family loved the Waterslide however.

This is certainly an average hotel. Great for a one or two night stay with a family and the price is right! The breakfast was decent, especially for kids. The pool is the attraction. Just be sure to bring your PFD’s for the kids if they can’t swim as there is no shallow end. I would certainly stay here with family again.

This is more a hotel than a resort, but does contain a good Indian Restaurant where we had a brilliant meal one night. There is also a pool and waterslide which are really busy in the evenings, but quiet through much of the day. Worst part was breakfast, disorganised and chaotic, not enough seats so many people carrying plates back to their rooms. And as everything was plastic, knives forks plates, there was a lot of non environmentally friendly binning of utensils every day. I think if you can cope with the bizarre breakfast, its a good family hotel

Great pool! Games room! Beautiful view! Continental breakfast with gluten-free options. All for under $200 per night. A must-stay if you have kids AND pets! We will be coming back.

Just a short drive from Fernie village and surrounded by mountains, we were very happy with our stay! Clean. Easy parking. My kids loved the pool and waterslide. Outdoor hot tub (unfortunately on the highway side). We enjoyed the on site Indian restaurant which conveniently serves Western food as well for kids who like chicken fingers more than curry. Very reasonably priced stay. We'd definitely come back here!

This hotel is good for the price point. It’s basically on the highway so not super quiet. Nice pool and water slide for the kids, decent continental breakfast. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Front staff was super friendly and hotel room was perfect size for a family of five and the pool was a great added bonus to an already great stay!
