I was staying there with my two children. It was raining and we were not having water with us so when asked will you be providing water bottle in room? They said as you have booked from hotels.com we won’t you can purchase from 7-11 or there is water refilled you can use that.

Great place for the family! Great location though parking a full sized truck was a bit of a hassle. Would 10/10 stay there again for anything at the BC Place stadium.

Suite was great for family of 4. Parking great, convenient and reasonable. Breakfast was great. Convenient to many area attractions including Roger’s arena.

It is situated right next to stadium. Location is ideal but we had issue with room. Me and kids were sneezing throughout our stay as there were allergens or some issue with the filter or bedding.

Me and my family stayed there for 4 nights, overall was okay. However, I lost $800 dollars and my credit card too, but I can’t blamed the hotel since there is no surveillance system in the corridor. The only time I left my purse in the room was that time went to breakfast. So, bring your wallet and purse with you. Don’t leave valuable things in the room.

Excellent location! We went to a concert at Roger’s arenas with my family and it was walking distance. The staff were really friendly and the hotel was so nice with a great city view. Kids loved it and will be staying again for sure.

The King Suite is fantastic for family. Front desk managers very helpful and friendly too.
