Room was decent enough. Dated. Questioned level of cleanliness after opening oven and finding a tray of previous guests leftover food. Also, found a kids toy in the drawer of main bedroom. Didn’t dare look under the beds.

Great location. Beautiful suites. Nice clean pool and fitness centre. Family friendly with a treasure chest with toys in the lobby for the children. Handy that OJ’s restaurant attached to the hotel.

Brought family downtown for the weekend to do some Christmas activities. The hotel rooms were a little dated however they were very clean and quiet and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic!
The staff were amazing! Everyone we met were friendly and welcoming, and the service was exceptional. Check in was easy and the desk agents were so friendly and helpful. We had booked two rooms for our family and had a VIP perk of wine for each room however as one of the rooms was for our “kids” the desk agent offered to quickly exchange the wine for an assortment of nonalcoholic beverages which we really appreciated. And they were able to have that change completed in the few minutes it took for us to park and bring our bags upstairs! My kids were thrilled with the surprise! This hotel was great value for money and we will definitely stay here again.

It was a great hotel in a great location for a great price. Is great place to come for business or family. It is not a luxury hotel, but everything was clean and tastefully updated period the service was great and there were no problems at all.
I would happily stay there again. This is the best deal for a nice place in downtown Vancouver.
