The hotel staff were incredibly kind and accomodating - we were travelling with an infant for thr 1st time and they made it an easy experience. The room was very clean and spacious and the amenities were great! The lounge is very nice and the pool was fun to take the baby for a swim in. The hotel is in a convenient location for transportation, easy to walk/train/bus around and not need a baby car seat. We will be returning! :)

Absolutely loved out stay. The rooms are spacious, beds comfy and super nice staff. Our kids loved swimming in the heated pool while the adults relaxed in the hot tub. You can't beat the location. Right around the corner from the subway and restaurants and shops everywhere.

We had a wonderful stay at L’Hermitage! Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming! The room was great for ourselves and small infant to roam around in (one bedroom suite). Our only critique would be the discomfort of the king sized bed. It felt as though it was sinking in some areas which made sleep a bit difficult and we both awoke with sore backs. Otherwise, a lovely hotel to stay at :)

Excellent location, highly comfortable for family, nice gym, outdoor heated saltwater pool. jacuzzi, excellent helpful staff, bed was too soft, o.w the sofa bed was actually very comfortable , firmer. Great space w kitchen suite, wash/dryer also so great for longer and family stays, highly recommend!!

L'Hermitage exceeded our expecations. Staff so welcoming and helpful. Great property located near amenities and attractions. Parking was amazing, and we have a very large SUV that can be hard to accommodate in downtown Vancouver. High recommend for families. Will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. Loved the design, the garden in which we ate peacefully with soft French music, the pool amidst greenery, the fitness room facing the garden, the exceptional service. European style hotel with all amenities, & the feel of a family hotel. Also exceptional central location. Felt like we were living in Vancouver, not just tourists.

We had an excellent stay at l’Hermitage. This was our first time travelling with 9 month old twins, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was great. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the cribs and high chairs we had requested were all set up when we arrived. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, and have already recommended this hotel to friends and family.

It was fine, but I don’t get the hype. Pretty good location for Vancouver, met our needs as a family of 4, but nothing special and in fact encountered issues using our overseas MasterCard when checking in. They can however get you on the top of the list for Cafe Medina next door, which was perhaps our favorite part. Will likely stick to the Pacific Rim for our next visit- the service is more personal.
