Good Location, everything in a walkable distance. Nice amenities, room mostly clean (except the floor). Had a semi-negative experience with check-in. We arrived 5 hours early and asked for an early check-in. We had two small kids with us. We were told that we will get a text message if the room is ready earlier. But they simply did not send any messages although later we learned that the room was ready around 2pm (regular check-in was at 4pm) and we had to wait until 4pm to be able to enter it. These kind of details make the difference between good and excellent hotels.

Staff is very accomodating and helpful. They attended to our family's allergy to pets very carefully. Cleanliness could be better.

Once you walk in, the staff greet you friendly, check in right inside front door. Upon puulling up, your looking for a hotel but looks like an apartment. Once you step outside of elevator it feels like your in an apartment building. The room is setup like a junior apartment, it just makes you feel at home, relax. Nice size stove to cook on. Had a corner suite with a deck but its ok, you can get lots of natural light. Its only a block from Parliament buildings, about a 15 minute walk from Downtown victoria. The price of the style hotel, amenities, overall feel is same as if you stayed at the Days Inn, Quality Inn nearby. Will for sure, next time in Victoria will stay there

The front office staff are consistently lovely! Some of the rooms have odd lay-outs, but they are clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Really liked it that they have a 2-bedroom - perfect when you're traveling with friends or kids. We'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay in a 2 bedroom suite. Appreciated that each bedroom had its own privacy and one had an ensuite. It was fairly spacious but not overly so. A little difficult to leave the sofa bed open for use as it consumed the living area. The windows in the Master bedroom were abundant to allow air to cool off the room however the blinds drove me crazy. So difficult to operate and the slats are not anchored on so if you knocked one off trying to lower the blinds it easily fell out the window. Less than ideal! The beds were quite firm and not everyone in our party appreciated that. The suite was clean but not expertly cleaned. Left over hair band sitting right on the kitchen counter and spilled candy on one of the bedroom floors indicating the room wasn't vacuumed well. Shower pressure was great and the bathrooms were well laid out. Front end staff were exceptional and helpful in storing our large amount of luggage in advance of check in. She texted us within an hour letting us know our suite was ready earlier than 4pm which was very much appreciated. Overall a positive stay and i would recommend those looking for a suite to accommodate families or larger groups to check out The Oswego.

The room is not air conditioned and small; there’s not black out curtain so not ideal for family with young children.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful quiet area. Two bed/bath suite had ample space for my family to settle in and feel like home.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with my family. He booked the 2 bedroom suite for 6 people and so far everything has been amazing: great service, friendly front desk staff, perfect cleanliness, well maintained. Would definitely recommend.
