We booked last minute for a weekend for the Royal Victoria Marathon. The room was massive and perfect for a family. The service was outstanding. So friendly and accomodating- we checked out the day of the marathon and they couldnt offer late checkout so they set up designated rooms for people returning from the race to shower.

Service was wonderful. The area was really convenient and walkable, especially great if you take the ferry to get there. The only complaint I have is related to the noise from unruly children staying in our hall. I had to call multiple times to ask the front desk to tell the other families to stop their kids from screaming and yelling in the hallway for maybe 30 minutes at a time. It was truly horrible and woke me up both days we stayed there. Other than that it was great.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It's overpriced for the services they offer, and the staff's demeanor wasn't particularly welcoming or professional. The breakfast, while edible, became repetitive after a few days. Plus, they didn't even charge for some items, like tea, after we finished them. We spent a hefty $2,500 for five nights, which is ludicrous considering there are much better, more affordable options in the area. I only stayed because I was traveling with a toddler and didn't want to switch hotels. The hotel also lacks any significant amenities or facilities.

Great location and service. Only issue was that bed was located in loft and it had no TV and no restroom by the bed. Had to walk downstairs to use both. Great room for family with older kids, not so great for seniors or folks with leg issues. But overall great stay!

Our family enjoyed our time in Victoria staying in this wonderful hotel. The breakfast and accommodations were excellent. Would definitely come back again.

I booked a king size room and did not notice about the loft design which is my bed on upper deck with my 2 years old child. I request to changd another room and willing to pay extra. However, they said i cant change it as i booked from agent (Expedia). Totally inconvenient and helpfulness

Convenient and staff are amazing. Yale one of the server, goes beyond her job when she listened the concerned and resolved issue fast with compassion and respect. Jennifer in the reception was ensuring and knowledgeable to her job..i would higly recommend this ace to friends and family. Love theocation , service and the vibes around the property. We requested a microwave and they are so quick responding our request. .The students workers performed their job professionally.

Nice place with history staff ok not the best one individual couldn’t understand him well about parking that I paid for, when they reached me I almost felt like a school child being scolded. The room was nice hot shower with good pressure. The bed was hard and asked about a topper if they had one I was looked at as foreigner the Pedaly I was told the discount would be applied but check came to table with out took 15 min to get it straight
