Best thing about this hotel is the location. Right across from Beacon Hill Park, easy walking distance of inner harbour, shopping, restaurants, rental car, etc. Super friendly staff, accomodating to our late arrival. Clean & comfortable. Stayed 3 nights and no issues until the 3rd night when a noisy family arrived late, right next door. Learned then that the walls were very thin!

Our suite was really a small apartment, which was great as a family with kids. The kitchen was larger than I expected. Very nice overall atmosphere.

Christian and Kristi were very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond in helping us and answeing our questions. The place was clean, quiet, safe and near everything, simply exceeded our expectations. We travelled as a family with two kids and the place was perfect.

So glad we stayed at this inn! The room was perfect for our family of 5 and the proximity to the harbour and beacon hill park was incredible. We walked everywhere. Great lobby and very safe neighborhood. Would stay here again!

I stay here every time I visit family in Victoria. The staff is great and helpful. The inn is close to shopping, the Royal Museum and restaurants. It is also walkable to the harbor area and the Princess Hotel. It is very clean, free coffee in the morning too. Great value for the money!

Enjoyed our stay at Helms inn for 3 nights. Very clean and conveniently located. Not sound proof, could hear kids running upstairs on the morning of our last day, thankfully we were checking out that morning.

The building needs upgrades, our next door was so loud till 3am with music, shouting and laughing! Both little ones got terrified and cannot sleep whole night

It was awesome. Unforunately, we had to leave a day early due to a family emergency and the front desk immediately said he would not charge us for this night. very kind and thoughtful.
