Overall excellent. Clean room, friendly staff, accommodating front desk. I didnt enjoy the running loud children in the hallways but cant really avoid that.

I liked the property overall. However, we booked it primarily for the pool option and found that after getting into our swimsuits, we found that the hot tub was not operational. This should have been stated upon check-in. We were allowed to use the pool in the hotel next door which ironically was actually pool than the Marriott. No big loss, other than having to walk my family through a parking lot in housecoats at -5C to get to a fully operational pool. The hotel restaurant was good, but can get bogged down when at full capacity. Nice hotel overall.

I understand hockey teams travel however we were here due to my son having surgery and we had to stay close and it was pretty sad that kids would be running up and down hallways and playing hockey with no supervision or staff putting them in area away from others especially since they knew we were there for surgery.

My stay with my family was excellent, the service was great, and the kids definitely love a re-do in the future. The swimming pool was my kid's main attraction, and they absolutely loved every second of it.

Great staff, good value, comfortable bed, great blackout curtains. It's one of a number of hotels in a row off of an industrial/warehouse area but it was exactly what we needed for a one night stay close to where we were meeting others for a family celebration.

I was extremely disappointed that the room that I booked (king) wasn’t available. My husband and I ended up sleeping in separate beds because the double “queens” were smaller than the queen bed we have at home. It was one of our only nights without our kids all year… so much for that. I understand that things happen but they didn’t offer anything as an apology for the inconvenience. It would’ve even been nice to get a phone call prior to us checking in to let us know so we had the opportunity to look elsewhere but we didn’t even get that.

Would definitely stay here again! Our room was huge and my family of four had plenty of room to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. The beds are comfortable and everything was clean and well-appointed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast in the restaurant on the lobby level and the food was great. Plus it was included in the coat of our room so it was a great value.
