We felt we got overall good value for our stay. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the pool and waterslide.

Great service at this hotel. Friendly, accommodating & were able to eat breakfast with a gluten allergy in our family. They even had a gluten free toaster! Front desk also said they could accomodate dairy allergies (FYI). Room was tight in space but functional for the night. Everything was clean and the kids loved the pool. It was very busy, be prepared for packed breakfast and pool areas.

We booked ages ago and went with the family suite option and the room was absolutely wonderful! Sure the hotel is slightly dated but its clean and overall great experience!

I was on a family vacation and the rooms got mixed up with my in-laws and a third, unrelated person with the same last name. It was a breech of confidential information and the manager admitted it had happened two or three times before. No compensation offered. No work arounds. My card was charged for someone else's room and then had no options but to charge my card a second time. Again, nothing but platitudes. Vacation was soured after that. 0/10 would not stay there again or refer anyone else

Check in was easy. Front desk attendants were great. Unfortunately the room smelled of cat pee and we had to switch rooms. Front desk attendant came n checked and said the smell was from the AC and the filter wasn't changed or cleaned. The staff were very accommodating when faced with a problem. They acted fast and were very helpful. Besides that, the rooms were great, bed comfortable, the pool n water slide were a blast, and the continental breakfast was spot on. My kids said the sausages were the best! Will stay here again!

Hotel was clean enough, getting into your rooms was kind of a hassle but the rooms are good and AC was working. Pool was great for the kids, the smoke detector started beeping intermediately at 6:00 am due to low battery possibly, that wasn't ideal but overall the hotel is fine.

The front desk staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay great! The breakfast was awesome and there was something for everyone from 2yrs to 60yrs! Great location and super place for families 😊

I wish they would have hours that kids arent allowed in the pool area and adults only. Was loud and kids splashing roght up until 10pm
