Canalta Hanna

So first didn’t think I was staying in Hanna thought I was supposed to be in drumheller. Then I get checked in all my bags on the dolly. Asked for the elevator. No elevator. I’m a single grandmother with a baby now I have to climb all the stairs with all this stuff plus the baby. No bell man to help. Also had to bring it all back down in the morning. The desk person refused to change my rooms. I then asked if they happened to have a playpen. The person didn’t understand what I was asking for. Dealing with the public you should be able to understand simple enfold. Then on my check out day someone tried coming in my room without even knocking and I was naked. My room was paid for until 11. Why the hell is someone trying to come in my room. Not happy at all with the customer service during my stay
