The place was good and family friendly. But the the bed sheets weren't very clean. It has blood stains on it. Customer service was very good and helpful.

Each and every member of the front desk staff was so friendly and warm and down to earth. Very inviting. The room was large, with a bigger than usual fridge and lots of space with all the furniture we needed for our family of 4 to enjoy. Thank you.

My family and I love staying at this hotel. It is safe reliable and clean. The kids love seeing Tyra, the Worlds Largest Dinosaur out of the 5th floor window! The location is great, across from a cool little grocery store and close to downtown. Best continental breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. 5/5 we stay here at least 3 times a year.

We asked for a handicap room months ahead of trip. No response, got there and they didnt have one available. We took what we could get. The shower was a joke...it had a glass door that swung inward and left so little room that a child could barely have squeezed into the stall. Completely avoidable...they could have installed a sliding door, or with such a high rim on the stall, even just a weighted shower curtain. So we couldn't shower. A few points got added back for the ramp they have installed to the breakfast room, and a decent breakfast.

Room wasn’t proper cleaned. Found pills on the floor with 3 kids in the room. One whom is a baby and crawling and puts everything into her mouth. Could of been very bad if I hadn’t of checked every inch of the room.

Staff were so friendly and accomidating. Allowed us to check in 3 hours in advance so our toddler could nap!

Really great staff, rooms are very clean, amenities as well. Only concern was the family staying in the room beside us - they were a rowdy bunch. But besides that, it was a really nice hotel!
