Given a smoking room with 2 kids staying in the room. Stinks of stale cigarettes and can not be moved. Disgusting.

Nothing fancy but the rooms were great for a quick family trip to the mountains. The staff is sooo friendly and will help you make your stay better in any way. The room are simple but clean and comfy. The breakfast is free and great, kids loved it. The fish tank in reception was nice for kiddos! For the price and location this is a gem, we will be back!

Had a lovely stay at Days Inn Wyndham Suites.. The staff and team were very helpful and warm The hotel is very comfortable and kids friendly too. Nice facility.. Will come back again.. Thanks!

The property and staff were very nice. Our room was large n it was like an apartment. However there was a guest above us that thought it was ok to let their child jump off the bed on to the floor. Repeatedly for 3 hours. I had to call the front desk at midnight ( with my cell phone as the room phone did not work). Then complain about the person above who continued their noise for awhile longer and how my 3 children and I could not sleep and with having an early hockey game in the morning it did not make me very happy. So my over all stay was extremely unpleasant as I did not get sleep When complained again in the morning the girl I spoke to in the morning did say she spoke to him many times. I feel that some sort of compensation should have been offered how ever all I was asked if I wanted my receipt emailed to me

Staff very willing to help with questions. Unfortunately there are a lot of children in this place and they are up late. I had the privilege of being located next to the elevator so lots of loud talking by patrons til late kept me up. Otherwise the hotel is fine for a night.

The stay was ok but very disappointed that the pool was not open as we had three kids in our party and the pool was one of the main reasons we booked at this hotel.

I stayed here for two days with my family. The front desk at night shift are amazing and they are a big help and the main reason this hotel is running. They day time front desk are ignorant and they will not help you. I asked them clearly to clean our room when I left in the morning and I insisted because we used the pool and all the towels are used. We came at night and the room was not cleaned and the AC was off. It was clearly that the morning shift front desk hadn’t note the room service when I asked them twice. I will definitely not book here again and the front desk needs to follow better customer service procedures.

This was just fine as a hotel. We were visiting family in North West Calgary and found it easy and quick to drive to this Days Inn in Cochrane rather than to a hotel in Calgary. We were there for three days during Stampede week. The hotel was full and the parking lot was packed. But the room was quiet and we always found a place to park. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was like the usual free breakfast but adequate and good, both hot and cold. I would recommend this property and I would stay again.
