Executive Residency by Best Western Calgary City View North

First time staying at Best Wester executive in Calgary, the experience was amazing we got an upgrade the junior suite room, airport shuttle and super friendly staff

We got the executive room and it has a full fridge, electric stove as well as pots and pans. Ideal for family with kids. Very spacious. Walking distance to some fast food restaurant and grocery store. Love the hotel transportation to and from the airport.

Our room is clean and spacious. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen is a bonus and the washroom including the towels are clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I did not have to request for our room to be cleaned and our towels to be changed but it was all neat and clean when we arrived from the outlet mall which was just a 12-minute drive away.

Staff is amazing. Would highly recommend when travel with a family.

I really like staying at this hotel as it is close to a walking park close to where our family lives and walking distance to many stores. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is very clean, bright with a lovely decor. They have a wonderful restaurant and the pool is a great asset for our grandkids. I love that it is a very quiet hotel as well it is close enough to the airport but still in a very quiet area.

Beautiful property over all. Incredible front desk area.. Unfortionately our room's shower leaked water all over our bathroom floor that we had to clean up as it was running directly toward the door. When we first arrived the bathroom walls clearly had not been cleaned properly as they were covered in old water streaks from the shower steam including the bathroom art where you could see the edges had been wiped quickly but not properly cleaned which made it feel bery dirty as water marks covered the rest of the art. Towels were hard and scratchy. We paid extra to have the buffet breakfast. Absolutely beautiful view from the restauraunt but the food was truly disgusting. We were made to pay before eating and I can see why. My fiance tried a bite of eggs, sausage, bacon and cantaloupe. Had to spit out the eggs, the sausage was not fully cooked and the bacon was aweful. The only thing he ate was cantaloupe but yet we paid full price and then had to go get breakfast and coffee elsewhere. I tried to eat the eggs as I was starving, but couldn't stomach them. The only thing I could eat that wasn't absolutely disgusting or uncooked was the pancakes and cantaloupe. When we first arrived we had planned to come back to stay here with our kids for fathers day weekend as it seemed absolutely beautiful and the man working the front desk was fantastic at his job! The pretty decor was nice but no effort was put into food quality or room cleanliness. Disapointed.

My 4 days were amazing, the room was very clean, no noise, and the services provided were excellent. The customer care associates and or receptionists were very professional and respectful. The swimming pool was clean and welcoming. Check-in and Check-out were seamless. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who loves a quiet area for business or family getaway. It is a home/office from home/office.

Very clean and modern hotel with upscale vibe at an economical price point. Lobby and room decor very posh. Kitchenette with pots and dishes was convenient for preparing food for our toddler. Location is close to airport, food and T&T all within 1km. Walkable on a nice day. Would definitely stay again.

Make the swimming pool more kids friendly.
