Sachin at the front desk was exceptional. I had booked the previous month and paid extra for a balcony and asked that I receive a pet friendly room,,when I arrived the only pet room did not have balconies. Sachin quickly rectified the situation while making me feel valued and resoected. Our room was a small suite, seemed much smaller than previous stays (we were in Room 134) but it was clean albeit a little dark with low lighting. The room was a little loud with acrobatic kids above and noisy hallways. The pool was cold with no towels stocked but the waterslide was a great addition. The hotel was clean, the atmosphere inviting, and the front staff was excellent. Parking was plentiful and easy. We didn't try the on-site restaurant but ,I appreciated that they had one. .

The room was good, and clean. There was no hand soap by the sink, so you had to use the bath tub soap - which is attached to the tub.
Staff were friendly.
Pool was great, kids absolutely loved the slide. The hot tub jets were not working and there was a sign.
The gym was clean and had some weights and cardio machines.

Room was appointed well enough. there was a sitting room with pull out couch which would be okay if you have kids or entertain, but the bathroom was quite cramped with a sink that I think is meant for really tall people.
