The kids enjoy swimming til the can’t no more lol pool is open til midnight for guests

Was very kid friendly and while we went all over town to explore the pool was still one of my sons favourite spots

We had a wonderful time here. The pool/waterpark was a major hit with my kids. The room was comfortable and clean, which I always appreciate. The only thing missong was a microwave. There was a bar fridge to out our dinner left overs in, but no way to heat them up for a midnight snack after the hours at the pool. We will be back for sure.

Mattress was old and in dire need of replacement. I had springs poking me, no matter how I positioned myself. Also, the hotel needs better quality pillows. They were cheap, old and flat. I had a horrible sleep. In the water park/pool, my son had touched the kids water slide (that looks like a fish) and got un-cured epoxy all over his hands. The fin on the fish slide was previously damaged and “fixed”. But keurig with Tim Horton’s coffee and real creamer in the fridge was good (they need bigger coffee cups in the room, so full I had to dump some coffee out to add 2 creamers and 1 sugar packet

We spent a few days in Calgary on family vacation and got a double queen room. It had lots of space, was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Our littles love the water park, especially the kids fish slide.

There hotel was generally very nice. The room was excellent. Spacious, very comfortable bed, well stocked bathroom. There was lots of parking. The pool was packed with kids the entire time, which is great if you’ve got kids in tow. We didn’t. The hot tub was small and in a corner. The restaurants and drinking facilities were not great. No beer on tap and just the basics. There were a lot of spirits however. If you stay here there is nothing anywhere near this hotel. Just remember it’s in an industrial area. There was nothing bad about the Deerfoot, it just wasn’t right for us.

The staff and amenities are always excellent! The restaurant is fantastic with its robot waiters, the kids love them! The pool and water slide are awesome and so fun! We always have a great stay when we visit Calgary and the Deerfoot Inn!

Excellent place to stay has a waterpark for kids it is attached to the casino and has a wonderful dining option.

Check In: Easy and efficient Baggage Porter: Gentleman with white beard, super lovely and friendly ( 5* ) Room Pros: -Rooms were spacious -Sofa bed worked appropriately for children Room Cons: -BUGS ( which were NOT bed bugs ) this was confirmed by the hotels "Engineer" who came to go through the room & bed * I brought the live bug to the front desk and gave to staff -ALARM CLOCK Our room alarm clock went off at 3am and 6am. This must if been set by previous guests and not re set by staff. Because of this, after our ling day of traveling with two babies, who very much needed a good nights sleep, they were woken up multiple times - PILLOWS, the room provided 3 pillows. ( total. Including the one in drawer) With two small children on the sofa bed, and 2 adults in the king bed, we were 1 pillow short, when I asked the front desk for another pillow they said they were "all out of pillows" after a bit of a wait, a staff member came with an additional pillow after a 10 minute wait in the lobby. - RESTAURANT, off of the lobby Received our food ALL MEALS WERE COLD but, with two small children and a very hungry Dad on Fathers day, they ate their cold meals. I asked for mine to be re made because it was too cold to enjoy, the manager took my meal- placed it under the heat lamp for aprox 3 minutes then brought it back and left, the meal with STILL COLD. I asked if he just microwaved it, he explained that he put it under a heat lamp. No discount was offered.

We had 2 kiddos woth us and they LOVED the pool! Loved that when we walked in always had popcorn they could have!
