We booked this room for a family of 5. 1 bedroom suite was spacious with 2 queen beds in the bedroom and a nice pull out love seat (single). Everything was clean and looked great. We asked for a late check out which they early extended to 12:30-1:00 pm but if we sign up for loyalty points (took 20 seconds) we can check out as late as 2:00 pm, which is what we did. Breakfast was your usual waffles, sausages, omelettes, eggs, cubed hash browns, etc. everything was hot and tasted good. Location is great for walking, lots of restaurants near by. Parking is valet only $37.00 but well worth it not having to worry about parking it and about the meter running out. Definitely recommend for any stay.

Love the valet parking, we UBER everywhere. Less stress trying to find parking makes in and out way easier when going places. Secure hotel you need your key card to access the building from outside at night & elevator. Breakfast is hot with a great assortment of things from cold cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, hot bacon & eggs, oatmeal, waffles. Restaurant on site was always busy with people. Quick walk to Hudson’s bar (left) or Leopold’s Tavern (right). Will book here again. Elevator is small and slow so be prepared for that but everything else is great. Rooms spacious, we were on the 7th floor and the water pressure was amazing!!! Our view of the night buildings, Calgary Tower all lit up was relaxing. Never heard a peep from anyone other room by us & our extended family was there right beside us. Staff is so friendly and incredibly helpful.

There is no welcoming signs or even the idea that the entry doors are for a hotel. There is no name anywhere on the main level. It's up on the top of the building for an airplane to see and visitors maybe to the Calgary tower. The Valet is the first person you meet who was not that friendly or welcoming. There is no sign indicating the location of the check in desk. This hotel is not the Marriott hotel standard to which I have been accustomed. Towels in the suite were of low quality. No toiletries are available except in the shower. Rooms are good and spacious with a sitting room with a TV and sofa bed. Great for the kids to sleep. A fridge coffee maker but no mugs or glasses. Plastic and paper cups. Customer service is average with check in personnel. The Expedia reservation and the check out were excellent. The valet service is excellent. There is no place to park your car. It takes 20 minutes to get your car because of the one way streets and the distance from the hotel. Breakfast is good but people who have food allergies, are vegan and religious restrictions would have problems. There is pork in the egg bites, pork bacon and lots of it. Pancakes come from a mix which will have milk from a cow, Only cows milk and cream are available for coffee and tea. Hard boiled eggs are available at the end of the cereal row and bread and toast but scrambled eggs are plentiful but isn't served every day. A nice cheese omelet is available the next day but vegans can't eat

Clean, comfortable, quiet stay for a reasonable price. Full complimentary breakfast. Amenities in room include mini fridge and microwave. We booked 3 rooms for a family event and they honoured putting our rooms beside each other. Only option is valet parking as there is limited parking downtown, but the car arrived quickly when we needed it. Thanks for a great stay!

Location was great. Room and service needs attention. I rented three rooms for the family. Our room did not have a hair dryer, the air condition unit was noisy. The second room had no hot water for a shower. We booked for two nights. No room service, towels were not replaced. No additional coffee and accessories for the second day. The breakfast was great with a large selection.

Front desk help was very nice and allowed us to check in early. Breakfast buffet was great and had lots of options. Valet man working on 7/3 at 12:00pm was very rude and unhelpful with explaining parking. Mumbled so badly and was so spare in his help that I had to ask for clarification several times and he looked at me like I was stupid. He also was eating when he greeted me which made it hard to understand what he was saying in addition to me being hard of hearing. Other valets on evening shift of 7/3 and morning valet on 7/4 were helpful and nothing like this man. Water in shower on 7/4 never got warm, not what I would expect from a nicer hotel and paying extra for a family suite.
