There was a staff who helped us checking in we booked 2 rooms in total for 4 guests each room 2 people. And he didn’t even notice me book 2 rooms and gave me only 1 key to check in the room. And didn’t even ask if we have any car needed for parking lot stall. The parking lot basement was very dusty on the floor. The room service cleaning not everyday but every other day. The room bathtub is like for kids not adults because so low to ground and small compare to a standard size bath tub. The other room has standing shower which has only half of the glass door which caused water splash out during the shower.

This is our second time here, first with our toddler. It’s such a comfy hotel! Having a kitchen, dining area, the big floor to ceiling windows looking out over the city, plus a big buffet breakfast included?! Cannot get any better!

The Marriott residence is great. It’s not fancy but it is very nice. Excellent staff and a genuine relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is great and there is common space to spend time in day or night if you want to be outside your room. I have stayed with family (kids) and alone and both times were great. Chrome cast didn’t work and my bed was lumpy and I have to remake it to get comfortable but otherwise excellent.

Clean and spacious suite. Perfect for my baby. The staff was amazing. I called ahead to request a crib and the mini crib was in the room when we arrived. Smart TV was a nice feature. Furnitures are new and modern. Nice city view. Room service is not daily unless you request it so make sure you let the staff know in advance. Parking was expensive but downtown Calgary parking at all the hotels are expensive ($25-50 per night). Parking is nice and spacious, worth it for us with the baby. Breakfast was good too, basic but good. We’d definitely stay here again.

My partner and I stayed here for 4 days 3 nights. Front desk was super helpful and friendly. Our room was well kept and clean. Lots of space for the two of us. A/c worked great too. The free breakfast exceeded our expectations it was great. It filled us up until dinner time. Hotel is in a good central location. Nice walking distance to nearby tourist sites and Ctrain. Will definitely come back here in the future and recommend this hotel to friends and family. Would love if this place added a pool as well only thing missing !
