Enjoyed the funky bunkbed family room, daily housekeeping like a hotel yet vast majority of housing here is for long-term students. Despite this, room and hallway in the hotel section was quiet. Laundry available but process is odd; ask at front desk. Check-in is touch screen automated but data entry a bit tedious. Good restaurant and cafe features. Short walk to major train/subway hub and Prater park. Fun place.

Great location and easy to get to from subway U1 then tram 5 or 0 which stops right out front. Fun, friendly and trendy. Great breakfast. Laundry available. Breakfast on weekends is at 08:00 not 07:00 as posted which created an inconvenience for us with an early morning tour departure :( Overall good value and happy we stayed there. Great for young people but seniors or those with kids fit in too. Thanks

The room is smaller than expected, especially the roof occupies too much space so there is not much space left. Only one small table which is not enough in a family room. The water pressure is way too low... cannot enjoy the shower at all. The only good thing is this hotel is full of energetic atmosphere with many teens around.

Amazing concept hotel! Somewhere between what you hear about Google corporate offices and a new-school college dorm. Great ameneties for kids and young adults, convenient location to public transportation, friendly staff, FREE self-serve laundry! If I had anything resembling a gripe, it would be that the bed was a bit firmer than we're used to, but not a deal breaker at all. We would definitely stay here again!
