We had a wonderful stay for 5 nights. Room was perfect for a family of 4 and the Hotel is located close to the metro or other public transport opportunities. It is also pretty close to the famous Prater with it's fun rollercoasters or other attractions. Overall we had a great time and can recomand this place.

Conveniently located near the metro station. The breakfast buffet was good and offered a lot of variety. The bathroom had an odd layout - the toilet was in its own separate room away from the shower and bath. It reminded us of our travel trailer back home. Overall, fairly clean and had enough room for our family of four to move around comfortably.

Everything was great. The only thing i would say is the housekeepers need to look under the beds when cleaning there was a pair of underwear under the sofabed my son slept on in the family suite.

The one star is taken off because one of the elevators was not working during our stay. On one day during our stay, both elevators were out of the order. The subway station is just 2-min away and the breakfast is really good. We have 1.5 bathrooms in our family suit.

Upon check-in, our experience was marred by a series of disappointments. Firstly, the mineral water provided in our room was visibly opened and appeared to be used, which is not in line with the hygiene standards expected from Novotel. Moreover, the absence of a room key upon check-in created considerable inconvenience, especially when unloading luggage from our car. The need for staff assistance each time disrupted our ability to access our accommodations efficiently, reflecting poorly on the professionalism of your customer service. In addition, we were asked to pay upfront for parking costs, even though our stay did not span the entire reservation period. This policy lacks flexibility and raises concerns about fairness, especially considering the potential for an early departure. Furthermore, despite paying for an upgrade to a family suite which can accommodate a third bed in our room, the additional bed lacked the usual amenities displayed on the master bed. Finding only spare towels under the sink was disappointing, particularly given the extra fee paid for the upgrade. Proper preparation of all beds should be a standard expectation. Upon checkout I only realized that they didn't assign a family suite to us but just an ordinary junior suite and simply turn the sofa bed into a 3rd bed. The mini fridge in the room wasn't working at all as it is not cold at all. Staff at reception are unfriendly as they don't even say morning to guests.

The Novotel Suites in Wien was perfect for our family of four. We had a junior suite that had a king size bed and 2 twin beds for our 2 kids. It was pretty spacious for a European hotel which was nice. The bathroom had a tub and a shower. The toilet was separate, which was a bit of inconvenience but I guess that's how it was designed. Their amenities were great. The toiletries they provided were top notch. The concierge were great. They helped us find places to eat and where to go. They also helped with the airport transfer. The cost to stay here was also really reasonable. This hotel is pretty quiet since it's away from the city center. However, there's a subway a few feet away which can take you anywhere you want within minutes. There are also some food options nearby but some of them may require cash only so beware. We've always been satisfied with the Novotel hotels and I'm glad we stayed with them. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent experience with Novotel. Great location close to the amusement park and the historical city center. Good breakfast and immaculately clean. The staff was super friendly. The only thing which disappointed me a lot: we were supposed to leave the hotel at 4 am for the airport and 16 h flight coming up. I asked if they could get me a packed breakfast and they said yes. But when we were departing, nothing was prepared for us. I was greatly upset, cause I was traveling with 2 kids and if I knew in advance we won't get a packed breakfast, I would make the necessary arrangements myself. That was very dissatisfying. That happened probably because of bad communication inside the team which needs to be improved.

The hotel is perfect for family visits to Vienna. Conveniently located at Vorgatenstrasse metro station only 4 stops away from Stephansplatz (center of the city). The hotel is in a very calm neighbourhood, full of supermarkets and bakeries. There is absolutely no noise in the night, so the sleep was undisturbed. The rooms are rather spacious and boast a useful partition in the middle. The condition of the room was satisfactory: clean, but the decoration, amenities and the room itself has a dated look and feel to it. The beds were OK - nothing special. The heating was slow to work and had to be on at all times in order to make a difference. Breakfast was very good for the money they ask. The staff always provided a service with a smile. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The hotel is a great solution for low-cost travel with family. We stayed for 5 days with a six-year-old and an infant and were very happy with the service, comfort and location. To be recommended to anyone travelling with children.
