It was a great accommodation experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable and cosy. The breakfast was excellent. We stayed in a family room and it was spacious and very clean. The staff was professional and helpful. Location is great, easy access to the heart of city even by walking. It will be our permanent hotel in Vienna.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, wonderful family suite with two separate rooms - our best accommodation on our week long trip. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was wonderful, and the location was great. Two underground stations were in very close proximity, and we also were able to walk to Stephansplatz - we are walkers! There were also restaurants nearby. It was very inviting - it felt like home!

I travelled to Vienna with family for the 1st time and we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Wien. The location was perfect and the ambiance warm and pleasant. We loved the buffet breakfast. The large selection and the quality of the offering were top notched. Our room was very quiet and clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with ample space. We stayed in a family room (4ppl). We had great space. Hotel very clean, great breakfast buffet in the morning. Easy walk to many sites, public transportation also very near. Will definitely stay here if we come back to Vienna. Loved our 5 night stay in this hotel

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked and varied. It was a great place for our family of 3 to stay. We stayed in a renovated quad room for a week. It was a nice size. We hope to return soon!
