Great landmark old hotel. No elevator, just stairs. Luckily we were on the 2nd floor. Pld style elevate tank toilet is noisy but worked fine. Restaurant was very good. I deducted one star because they sponsor a "western shootout" in the street next to the hotel and it was absolutely terrible. First, the emcee made it very political and pro-Trump. He bashed Democrats and liberal states and then tried to say "just kidding". We are Republicans and we found it extremely offensive and worst - NOT FUNNY. The show has no script and the "actors" couldn't play a tree in their 2nd grade school play. It is OVERPRICED at FREE.

Great location and authentic feel of the old west. Only significant issue was lack of an elevator. We were traveling from Florida with a party of four including two kids. Had to make several trips up and down the stairs to get bags situated.

Overall, the Irma Hotel is a good option for those traveling without children and without disabilities. There are tight corridors and stairs one must climb to get to some of the rooms. (No elevator.) The bed was not comfortable and when changing positions during sleep (which was often, due to how uncomfortable the bed was) it woke my bed partner. This is an historic hotel with LOTS of history. It is worth mentioning it does have a lot of charm/character. The restaurant served good food - the Irma prime rib was delicious- perfect temp and seasoning- but avoid the little cup of horseradish unless you enjoy self-torture.
