Best Western Premier Ivy Inn & Suites

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at! Clean, classy, great food, very nice staff, great pool area. My Grandkids had a ball!!

The Potential of this place is amazing however our experience was less than desirable. First off it’s obvious that booking through Hotels.com was frowned upon by the ownership. We made this reservation months in advance of our stay and they stuck me and my family on two separate floors both in accessible rooms with views of the back parking lot. There were rooms with balconies and views but no such luck for us. In addition one reason we choose the BW was the hot tub and pool to relax us after a long day of hiking in the Park. Well, no pool or hot tub. They allegedly have a big leak. Total BS. You have a leak you get it fixed in this business. Now on to the room. Had a slight musty smell. For the most part it appeared clean but upon further inspection was not. The most glaring was the coffee mugs that were both dirty with old coffee in them. So I would give the BW a 2 star rating. But what seems to be the biggest issue is that Hotels.com customers are treated differently. Might have to find another way to book.

Great place to stay! Clean & friendly! Great restaurant & bar! Pool is great for the kids too!
